+ 1 moreGreat. While he was working on what he came for, he noticed I was "trying" to fix our broken vacuum cleaner. He looked at it, saw the problem, and fixed it for me in about five minutes. He is very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Bathroom tile grout work. Took out the grout along the four sides of our shower and replaced with new grout. Repaired a towel rack. Replaced a missing shingle, and while on the roof he fixed some loose nails, covered a pipe with screening. Sanded and paintedr a light fixture that was rusting Also spent about an hour going over other work to be done in a few weeks.
