Description of Work: This contractor provided an estimate to reroof my asphalt shingle roof; estimate was competitive with other contractors; this was the first estimate I received; was not aware of substantial problems with soffit and facia until the next contractor reviewed the job; did not call this contractor back to rebid the job.

+ -1 moreMaster Roofing replaced our roof in 2002. The roof fared well during the hurricanes of 2004, but we noticed a few leaks this past summer. Master Roofing came out, gave us an estimate of $50-$60 to hammer down some loose nails, and put down some tar & caulking. I approved the estimate, and they started the job. They left without leaving a bill. I called the company, and they told me never mind about the bill because I have been a good customer, and I have referred many friends to them. I definitely recommend this company.

+ 0 moreThis company is owned by a husband/wife team, with the wife, Penny, overseeing the field work. Penny is extremely efficient, responsive, professional, & delightful to work with. While the total cost was more than other estimates, the quality of the roof & the work done in installation was more than worth it. There were no hidden costs, as when a problem arose that had not initially been seen, & all the work promised was done. Truly an excellent company to do business with.
Description of Work: Installed new roof; replaced rotted wood on eaves; replaced gutters.

Description of Work: WE HAD OUR ROOF REPLACED. THEY DID THE SHINGLES, TAR PAPER, AND SOME REPAIRING OF WOOD.
