Description of Work: Quarterly service for shrubs. Sprayed chemicals as usual but several shrubs have recently died due, in my opinion to lack of follow-up to known issues. They will hopefully be replacing them at their cost. We will see shortly.

 + -1 moreWe have a contract with them where they come out monthly. They do pest prevention outside of the house and do quality work. They come out on time on a particular day of the month. They do nothing inside the house, though.

 + -1 moreThey seem to think that just spraying the outside of my home is good enough to keep the bugs out. Unfortunately, we are still having problems. We are currently looking for another company now.
Description of Work: I had them spray the outside of my 3200 square foot home. I signed a 1 year contract and they spray once a month. They spray for regular pests.

 + -1 moreIt s my first time using them and I was, so happy they were really polite and personable. They really were thorough with everything. So far I havent had any more bug problems, but if I do, they will come back and take care of it.
Description of Work: Massey s Pest Control comes out to spray the inside of my 2,400 square foot home for ants, roaches and spiders. They also sprayed our medium sized lawn. This took around an hour.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE HAD THEM FOR QUITE A WHILE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED. THEY ARE RELIABLE AS TO WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE HERE THEY WILL. THE WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY LIKE THAT EVERY MONTH. WE HAD THEM FOR FIVE YEARS.
Description of Work: THEY WILL COME AND DO A MONTHLY PEST SERVICE. THEY WILL SPRAY FOR BUGS. WE HAVE A RECALL IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. THEY JUST WERE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I DON'T HAVE ANY INSECTS AT ALL. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND PUNCTUAL.
Description of Work: THEY DO HOME EXTERMINATION. THEY SPRAYED THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE, AND THEY PLANT STUFF ON THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO TAKE CARE OF THE INSECTS.
