Description of Work: I had Massey for many years when I was living in Seminole FL. When I moved to Tampa I contact the local office. The only thing I asked is to be contacted the day before service so I could open the side gates and lock my dog inside. Every month was the same thing: no phone call. I would get home and see the sign in the front lawn. Because they did not access to the backyard I had to call to reschedule. And them they showed up a completely different day. Every month I called to complain and they would say that would not happen again. The last time they told me that they would be there the next day and they did not show. I called to cancel the account and then the manager called me back for the first time. I do think I was very reasonable. I called every month for 6 months until they lost my business.

Description of Work: They were the cheapest of 3 companies I interviewed and the best. The man was so knowledgable and when they did the tenting it was tight and they used 3 times the amount of vicane than the other 2 companies said they would use. What a great company and great experience. Thank you Angies list for being there.
