The young gentleman who came was professional, and did what I asked him to do. However, he left me with a mess. My windows are all full of droplets of whatever product he used, and my front porch floor is bricks laid on sand. The sand was everywhere even on my front door. I will now have to get sand to replace what came out. I did not request having the front porch floor power washed for that reason. I have to get a ladder to clean my windows and the whole point of having the pressure washing done was to avoid doing that. I re-quested he not use any solution on my acrylic windows, and now they are stained with solution. I am so disappointed, and I hate to leave a poor review.

I was quoted $375 for the job when the operator showed up he increased it to $450 I discussed removing sand from the driveway which they could not, I had to redo what was supposed to be done.

They arrived on time and were very professional. My driveway, walkways, gutters, and pool patio hadnt been pressure cleaned in a while. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I found one minor issue that needed to be addressed after they had left. I called and the owner of the company offered to come back the next day, which he did and resolved the issue. That is what you call Great Customer Service. I will definitely use Magic Touch Mobile Pressure Washing in the future and highly recommend them.
