They arrived as scheduled and cleaned. The next day when I moved in I noticed that there were many items that weren't cleaned well. The kitchen cabinets were very dusty on the inside, the bath tub was still dirty, the closet had spider webs in it on the shelves and the toilets were still dirty. I contacted Kathy immediately and she agreed to come back and take care of it. I gave her a few dates to reschedule and none of them worked for her. I tried to contact her for over a week to find a date that would work and she has not responded at all.

Said member contacted our office February 25th regarding her dissatisfaction with a few items she stated were missed during the cleaning performed on February 23rd. During the original communication said member indicated the interior of the cabinets were not cleaned, this task was not included as something to be performed during the cleaning. A checklist was sent January 23rd informing the customer of all items to be performed. She also mentioned the cobweb in the closet as well on a chandelier in one of the bedrooms which one I am not exactly sure. Based on this complaint additional items were missed which we were never informed of until now. Let me first start by mentioning the original appointment was scheduled Feb 21 to Feb 22 because we were advised the contractor would not be completed. We then were asked to reschedule to Feb 23rd as there was a delay with the contractor and the work would be completed on Feb 22nd when the cleaners arrived to perform the job renovations were still being completed on the home rooms were being painted, counters preparing for their installation and finishing touches being performed on the tile in two bathrooms. When the customer contacted the office informing us of the missed items per company policy member was advised we could return the following day to rectify the issue and the customer stated she would probably have the items cleaned by the following day if we could come the same day at 6:30 this was the only option provided by the member unfortunately our office closes by 4:30 when it was determined that a redo would not be possible within the 24 hours we offered to reduce the price of a move out cleaning for another property the following day which she declined then cancelled the appointment. Company policy is if an appointment is cancelled within less than 24hrs there is a $96.00 charge which we did not charge the customer. No further communication was received from member until March 6th requesting a 'complimentary clean' to be scheduled March 16th a full 3 weeks after the original appointment not for just the item she states were missed previously, unfortunately we do not offer 'complimentary cleanings' we offer redo's which need to be completed within 24 hours of the original service. This could have been done possibly from the fact that there was a contractor who was at the home performing last minute touches to the bathrooms as we were cleaning. We made sure we cleaned the downstairs first as he was working on the upstairs bathroom and as one of the cleaners was working on the downstairs master bathroom said member entered the bathroom with the contractor informing him to fix a few items on the tile work which we believe was grout work. Once the cleaner was complete with that bathroom the one upstairs was completed. What was done in the bathrooms after they were cleaned by other contractors we are not liable for. This is why we were so accommodating to rescheduling the appointments to avoid issues such as this. Also with the toilets I am not sure if there was rust within the toilets, but the removal of the rust would have taken a significant amount of the time we were allotted to complete the home as we were working on a set amount of hours which the customer did not want to exceed.

I had used a company by the name of 'Pure Cleaning Service'. The person who runs the service , her name is Cathy Pier. She came in today and charged $ 103 per clean or visit. They just clean the house and vacuum it, they don't do any Windows upholstery or carpets. They just back in the upholstery. In their work here they missed some stuff and just did some surface cleaning. That's why they are back today. They came in yesterday for the first time, and my wife thought it wasn't what she was looking for. They did come back right away, which is good, so they fixed the things that they missed . They may offer a discount on the next cleaning, if we choose them back again. So that was good, but coming first time to the house, they missed some things, it seems, she is trying to train somebody new as well. So I think with her services growing she's trying to board in somebody new, which is not a good idea because of the inexperience, so that would be the negative. Yeah. I agree with the disclaimer that you read to me as correct, but no audio on the web.
