LPM Landscaping and Irrigation Contractor

Showed up at initial meeting, spent over an hour to include talking through my comprehensive needs, taking notes, then measuring. I told Ray I have been stood up and burnt by so many Contractors and he "guaranteed / promised" he never does that. I told him that's what they all say, to which he replied he's the exception and different. Well, after several follow-ups I still have yet to hear back many months later. So unfortunate and more of the same.

Luke Does a great job! He is very thorough, stays in communication and can give good feedback as to what you may or may not want to complete. He keeps his word on when work can be completed and is very accommodating if changes need to be made. I will definitely use LPM Landscaping and Irrigation again. Thanks again for a great job done.

Did a great job!! Plants look awesome and removal was perfect. Added an extra plants next to the garage to even everything out. He was very kind. I unfortunately was not there when the work was being done but was all done in one day. Very satisfied.

In April 2017 LPM landscaped my property, planting shrubs and plants including laying down lava rocks, Ray's father did the initial visit and Ray followed to map out my requests. He returned once greenery was ready and he over-saw supervised his staff as they worked. LPM were responsive, professional and detailed. This month my lawn care guy of 10 years is moving to NC. Ray had told me during the April work that they also do residential lawn & yard care and I told them I would call them to see if we could work out a plan when my lawn guy moved. I texted him little more than a week ago and he responded he would call me. He hasn't. I am disappointed that he didn't follow up, even if he wasn't able and/or interested in doing the monthly work. So what was a pleasant memory/experience has turned a bit soured... .

They neatly distributed the mulch very fast. They raked my pet cemetery before putting down mulch and spread the top soil I had on hand over an area to be mulched at no extra charge. The owner was friendly and professional. Additionally, they called before showing up. He also offered additional services that I did not know they did and promised to find and plant a couple trees that I'd asked another landscaping co. to get for me whom just stated they couldn't find any. I will definitely be hiring them for future projects as they are an excellent service

Great results! Timely service!

We needed to hire a new landscaping service for our home. Made appointment with Ray to gives us a quote. He arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. We had new sod installed and it needed to be cut for the first time. Ray's knowledge on how this should be done so the grass would not be cut too short and ruin the lawn. All the edging was trimmed along the sidewalks and planter beds and they also took the time to spray the planter beds for weeds.

Ray Jr. came out immediately to look it over and give an estimate. It was quite high compared to 2 others we had received, but he was proposing to plant many more plants. We reduced the size of the planting beds and number of plants thus reducing the cost. The team of 5 came the appointed day at 7:30 am and the entire job was completed in 2 days. The new sod was so fresh, it never wilted at all. The sprinkler system was checked and some heads replaced. They set the system to water every day to assure the sod took hold. These men were very good to work with.

It went quite well. Ray Laguna arrived on time, made a very professional assessment of the job, gave me a quote and did the repair of the 2 sprinklers. Very professional.

Laguna Property Maintenance has been doing commercial landscaping maintenance for me for multiple locations for several years. I have not had better or more consistent service than what they provide. When I have an emergency or need extra work done, they are the first ones I call. They always accommodate me and charge a fair price. I wish I had more vendors that were as professional and responsive.

Very quick, professional completion of all tasks. I would highly recommend. I was so impressed with their work have have since hired them for my monthly lawn and yard services.

LPM is dependable and has a team of professional men to handle the yard. They cut and trim on a schedule: weekly during the summer and Bi-monthly in the cooler seasons. They know what they need to do and do it consistently and well. The team is very polite and does their work promptly. They will trim my crepe myrtles if asked and extra jobs if you ask the management. I have used this company for 15+ years. They have been a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
