LOVELACE GAS SERVICE INC

It's now 4 years later and we are extremely happy with our gas service and the work that Lovelace did. What prompts me to write today is the pleasant and reassuring conversation I had with their office today. We're expecting hurricane Irma and I wanted to know if I had enough gas to handle an increase in usage since I had additional family members staying with us, perhaps for a while until it was safe for them to return to south Florida. I had forgotten that our last delivery was in April 2017, so we had plenty. As always, they answered my questions politely and assured me that we had enough to last more than two months. It is fabulous having a gas stove again after years of using electric, and we save considerably over using electric for drying clothes and heating water. I am very pleased to have chosen Lovelace, and I highly recommend using them.

I don't usually write reviews but this company is great. Very honest and genuine people. We had Troy come to our house to test our customer owned tanks and he was very thorough and very nice. He even helped with trying to fix some items that he didn't have to spend time on. Gary is also great to deal with, refreshing to not have to deal with a salesperson but instead someone that actually cares what they do. This was all new to me and they made it a very easy process. Excellent company and people.

If they tell you that you have to call back when Gary is in, just leave a message for him. He's good about responding and so are the installers that come out. Very nice and professional people.

We had to work directly with Gary Lovelace - since we were connecting our propane tank to our generator. It was sometimes difficult to connect with him, and especially to nail down the installation date. But, overall - we are very pleased with the work that was done and the price for products/services received. Finally, we were thrilled to learn that we wouldn't have a problem with getting the tank filled as needed if/when a hurricane hits our area.

Lovelace gas is a group of professional people. Their propane gas price is not the lowest, but their service is top notch.

It went great. They completed the work, explained how it operated and it was complete.

Great people! They did exactly what they said they would do. Super easy going group and delivered on what they said they would do. They called us months later about a recently published rebate for our tankless hot water heater....and they even completed the paper work for the rebate. Who does that any more? They do. Lovelace Gas is a family owned business and this makes a difference in service. When shopping for prices for gas service (and tank installations) for both my gas stove and spa heater in my new home, I spoke to Gary at Lovelace. He handles all the installations and is in fact one of the owners. The other support staff on the phone and who come for the installation have all been very personable and helpful. In fact, this company tipped me off to the fact that it would be UNECONOMICAL to heat my pool with the gas heater (given it is LP, not natural gas). In my experience most companies would usually let you spend an arm and a leg instead of given you such helpful guidance. I was impressed. At the installation of both the stove and the spa heater tank, the installers were very careful with their work (measurements, explaining choices of placements of tanks, options, etc.), and professionalism. They can run behind and usually Lovelace will call, but once they did not call till the installers were already 2 hrs late. That aspect could definitely improve. Price wise they might be a little more expensive for the installation of one unit, but less on the other. There per gal fuel cost is a little higher than the deep discount groups, BUT no extra fuel charges, delivery charges, etc, etc 9which with other groups amounted to a lot of money per visit). These choices and installations probably involved 20 calls back and forth over 2 months with Lovelace to handle different details. I am even more impressed now than at first!

They were wonderful. The locksmith arrived, went over which locks to change, discussed how the Angie's List DEAL I purchased worked, and made sure I knew I was one lock over the max and there would be an additional fee (I knew this ahead of time). All work done professionally and accurately. Not EXTREMELY FAST, but methodical and well done. This work was priced and accomplished at $200 LESS than other quotes! Another big plug for being an Angie's List member!

I can't recommend them enough, Gary was fantastic and we are so happy to have found them. Installers did a wonderful job with running/concealing the gas lines and installing the tank - they even replanted a shrub that had to be removed. One of the better experiences of our kitchen remodel.

Gary at Lovelace Gas has really impressed my husband and me with his responsiveness and professionalism. Although the last service was just a propane fill, we have had to call him several times after hours with minor emergencies (like having a son accidentally shut off the gas supply to the house on the Sunday before Christmas Eve!). He goes above and beyond, first ensuring our family and house are safe, and then fixing the problem. We have been very happy with their service.

The receptionist was hostile and rude, wouldn't check to see if I was in their delivery area; said I'd have to call back in the morning and speak to the owner. I called another company and had it done. The owner of Lovelace had the nerve to call me 2 1/2 weeks later to see if I wanted propane; I don't know how he got my number when the receptionist refused to take it down.
