Like New Carpet Care

Staircase stayed very damp (wet) for two days so it got dirty with footprints. Rug wasn't as clean as it should have been. They immediately came back out and steam cleaned the staircase and rug again with no questions.

Very well!! They called 30 minutes prior, were very professional and courteous,and did a great job!

The gentlemen arrived on time, bright and early. The carpets came out great. We have a small dog who has a tendency to ruin our carpets, and while I am sure some of the stains will return, he did a great job getting the stains up. Our carpet looks like it did before we moved in. I wish there was another person with him because I would have liked the carpet cleaned under our bed, but I felt bad asking him to move it alone. Overall great job and will be using again!! Thanks so much!

Refused to help my wife move any heavy furniture. Had to pay for additional room when last appointment we were not charged for a small additional area. Could be a result of a different technician with a different idea of customer service. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned as advertised.

Did an excellent job. Can't believe how quick it was. The have the most up to date equipment. Also notified me through txt they were coming

Keelan Jackson performed his cleaning duties in a very professional manner. He gave his best effort to eliminate some stains in our carpet. Like New Cleaning provided me with a text when to expect our technician. They also use text and email to provide their bill and receipt. It was much more efficient than using paper and pen. I would definitely use their service again.

Most areas were done well. The more heavily soiled areas were marginal. Perhaps they needed to use a pretreatment or additional cleaning to match the rest of the job. Overall it was good enough to use them again.

All went GREAT. Cleaners were very polite and did a great job! I'll tell you, that my wife is VERY picky and she didn't have them redo anything before they left. That says A LOT! Grateful for the service; customer service and the cleaning provided. I also really appreciated that JR kept me apprised of the arrival time and I received text confirmation of the appointment.

The technician showed up on time however, had no clue about coming up over the balcony. He said he had no paperwork referencing this appointments details. So once the tech looked around he decided he did not have the proper equipment to enter by the balcony (? I was told they had 250ft of hose which would have been more than enough). He decided he could come up the stairs. He got all the hoses up and ready to begin and realized one of the hose connectors was broken it was not staying connected. He explained that the hoses needed to be replaced but the owners had not done this yet. This technician was very polite and apologetic. After 2 hours he tells me he can not clean the carpets. Unbelievable! This is a carpet cleaning company, I had 2 rooms of carpeting, there was access to the condo by balcony or by stairs. The owner Mike called me apologizing twisting it to sound like the reason they couldn't do the job was that they didn't have enough hose when the real issue was they had plenty of hose but it was defective or old. How do you run a carpet cleaning company without proper hoses? Business very poorly run!! Wasted over 2 hours of my day and then I had to schedule with another company. Sun-Brite carpet cleaning came out the next day. Great job! No hose or access problems. Job completed in a little more than an hour. DON'T CALL Like New Cleaning!!!!

I had them clean my carpets and asked them to do sub surface treatment for dog urine and it didn't work. Then I asked them to come back because it didn't work and they charged me again to go over the same area and it didn't work the second time either. I asked them to give me a refund for the sub surface only and they said they would come out free of charge to do more sub surface and I said that I didn't think it would work because they already went over the same area twice. After asking for a refund again, they would would not respond to me at all. The least they could do was refund me for the sub surface.

We have an old carpet and needed it cleaned before company comes later this month. Eric came on time, was very polite and did an awesome job of making that dirty carpet look almost new. We decided to have the grout in our home cleaned and sealed as well the following week. Eric again came on time did a great job cleaning and sealing our grout and took only about 2 hours. I am very pleased with everything Like New Cleaning Services has done for me and will call on them again. The owner called to make sure everything went well for both jobs. Very good company.

They did a nice job. Did some spot treating first and then cleaned the carpet. Carpet had not been cleaned for about 5 years, and they were able to get the majority of it looking good (for an empty house we are selling).

The company was on time and did a great job.

They did an excellent job in cleaning our tile and grout throughout the main living areas. Approx 800 sq feet. Also sealed the grout. The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. The finished product is amazing and we will definitely use them again for any tile or carpet cleaning we need done.

Driver arrived 10 minutes early. said he would be done in 90 minutes. When he finished the quality was as expected with no extra charge.

The grout sealer was poorly installed. The Technician used a roller to seal the tile, however as he was passing the sealer onto the grout there was excess sealer that spilled onto the tile and when the technician tried to clean up the excess sealer it was just smeared onto the tile even more. Unfortunately, the technician did not have the proper equipment to remove the excess sealant at that time. He advised us that we should wait 24 hours before cleaning up the excess sealant that was smeared onto the tiles. This left the tiles with a dirty haze that is impossible to remove. We tried to wipe it off with a wet rag and were unsuccessful. So the company was contacted again and the same technician came out but was unable once again to remove the stains on the tile with the cleaner he was using along with the steam cleaner buffer that he tried using as well. This is very disappointing because the tile is brand new on a new construction home. We haven't even moved into our house yet and the flooring looks horrible. My husband and I proactively even called the manufacture of the sealant product that was used to seal the tile ( which by the way, the product has terrible reviews and is something that can be found at your local home store, so the company didn't even use a professional grade product). Unfortunately, the manufacturer's suggestion did not work either. On the label of the sealant used, it specifically states not to use the sealer on glazed tile. So a company with high ratings on Angie's List used a product that has poor reviews on glazed tile (when it says on the product label not to use it on glazed tile). The company did offer a partial refund, however I am left with a floor that looks horrible on a brand new house with no solution to the problem. I even contacted other professionals to see if they could get the tile to it's original form and one company is coming to do a test to see if their cleaning solution works while another said they could not help. This company may be experts at carpet, and they should stick to just that because the work done to the tile was less than stellar. I advise all customers to request the name of the products the company is using prior to use and also have them test the product onto a small area.

They were fast, did a professional job. They moved & replaced all furniture.

Josh did a wonderful job. He was polite and on time. I will be calling this company again and recommending them to others.
