Description of Work: We filled in an online request for a phone call on their website and never received any response. Although I doubt I will try again, I might use them if they responded in a more professional way.

Description of Work: Upon searching for a new carpet cleaning company on Angie's List I located this company and things sounded pretty good. I spoke with the Owner of the company who seemed nice as well as knowledgeable. I set up a time and also made sure that he used a truck mounted unit which he did. When the company arrived it was an assistant of the owner (which was fine). Upon the assistant taking out a portable unit I noticed that it was literally held together with duct tape. It wasn't a truck mounted unit as I was told when I made the appointment. I should have stopped things right then and there but I thought I was being too picky and figured, well let me give them a chance. The assistant was nice and seemed like he did a good job. The portable unit leaked water where it was sitting (which was on tile) so that wasn't a problem. During the cleaning I was noticing a funny smell coming from the portable unit but I wasn't sure what it was. The job was finished and the assistant left. After walking out of the house to send the cleaner on his way and then walked back into the house, the house smelt like bug spray! It was horrible to say the least. |I spoke with the owner of the company explaining the situation and why I was so unhappy. He said I never requested a truck mounted unit and that I needed to request it. He offered to come out and fix the issue in a couple of days but that was too long for me. I explained that I couldn't wait that long and would use someone else to fix the carpet. He did apologize and offered a free cleaning but I have not taken him up on his offer. I felt he was very unprofessional on the phone both at the beginning when I called about the absence of the truck mounted unit and then at the end when I called complaining about the outcome. | |I didn't feel comfortable using this company. Yes it has been awhile since this has occurred and perhaps things have changed since I tried using this company, but at the time it was a terrible experience. One more thing which made the situation worse was that it was brand new carpet that had only been in for about 8 months that this had happened to. I clean our carpets often as we have dogs. Thank You.

Description of Work: We had them do all the carpet in our house (7 rooms). They did it quickly and the results were good. Price was excellent. Person assigned did excellent job on steps. We may have them come back to address one high traffic area. Owner contacted us and said they would be happy to return.

Description of Work: The technician was great. Very nice and polite young man.

Description of Work: They cleaned all rooms but two with carpet to include the stairs. Two upstairs bedrooms, landing, downstairs family room and master suite. The stairs were a slight charge but I knew this going in. The Technician was courteous and wore booties, etc. I had already emptied almost 100% of the furniture making it easy to do the cleaning. I would recommend this vendor.

Description of Work: They we on time. But we were disappointed that they didn't respect our request to wear covers on their shoes. Work was done in a timely fashion but we thought they were over priced for such a small house. Later we discovered we could have paid 60.00 less.

Description of Work: Dane did a good job! He cleaned carpets and tile for me. I noticed some grout later that was missed and they came right back and took care of it without issue.. I appreciate that kind of service!

Description of Work: Carpet was left really wet and didn't dry for two days. Spots were not completely removed (and I know they can be). I would not use this service again. I do not like to say negative things about a company as this might be a single case.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with this company..When I called for the service it was scheduled for the next day. The provider arrived at the appointed time. He was neatly dressed in a professional uniform. He was polite and attentive to what I said.. He got to work immediately and did not take any breaks, I don't know how he did it but he made a ten year old carpet look like new. There was ground in dirt on the stairs. He got down on his hands and knees with a brush and brushed each step separately. I was amazed at how hard this young man worked. What a blessing this service was. I am very glad that I have Angie's list to help me make decisions.
