Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the house I just sold. Eric was thorough and Kind enough to give me a few minutes to get to the old house. In my haste, I left my mobile phone at my new house. I arrived at mty old house and Eric was ready for work. Great job.

Description of Work: I bought a $99 big deal and paid $45 extra for additional rooms. They were excellent! I tried them because of the excellent reviews and was not disappointed. I will definitely use them again. I saved $100 from the other providers I have used and results were much better.

Description of Work: They quoted the price over the phone, and when they got to the house they reconfirmed the price. They were punctual and thorough. Although some of the worst stains came back after the carpet dried, we had anticipated this because we had tried to get them out several times before.

Description of Work: Cleaned whole house carpeting, an oriental rug and chair and ottoman. Hurried through it and did not do a great job. Had to return to redo several areas that still had bad dog urine odor. I had to pay an extra $50 to have them "deep clean" these areas.
