Description of Work: Cleaned all areas requested. Our carpet is very worn and old but Eric did a fantastic job! He explained beforehand that some of the bad spots might not be perfect so as not to surprise us after he's done. He also cleaned the carpeting in our motorhome and was able to remove two spots. We will definitely use them again in 6 months. I've shared their business card with several friends who aren't happy with Stanley Steemer results.

Description of Work: I had to have them come out 4 times to re-do work. They almost ruined our laminate flooring. The solution they used on it left a film across the floor. They did not do a very good job on the housecleaning.

Thanks, though we are a little confused about the feedback. For the carpet cleaning you ranted and raved about how great it was, as well as our technician that did the work for you. You said over and over how great the job was. We did come back to you home to go back over the laminate floors that you had a concern with. We used the same product that we use on all home's for moping of laminate floors, but the outcome was not to your satisfaction. You then called us again about the displeasure, which myself the owner, my GM and 3 of our ladies literally got on our hands and knees to wipe the floors, as you said this is the only was to make it right, so we happily obliged. As we were all on our hands and knees wiping every inch of the laminate, we made sure that all areas were to your satisfaction before we got up to leave. You were very happy and thanked us many times for coming back to your home and fixing the situation in question. We hope you can give us another opportunity, as we strive to be the best and always rectify any issue that may arise, thanks!
