Description of Work: Cleaned 4 rooms and. Stairs. We have 2 cats and I told the young man that came that was the. Source of the spots. He didn't pretreat anything so at least 1/2 the spots are still there. None of them were urine, there were all food stains. They offered to send the same guy out to try and get them out, but I told them I wanted someone else and they are too small of an operation, so they only had the one guy that works my area.

Description of Work: Can't say enough good things about JR and Like New Carpet Cleaning. He was on time (even early with our permission!) and very polite. He did an outstanding job on the carpet, even though he had to work around 1 cat and three dogs! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and even more. He took his time, explaining things as he went along. I highly recommend this company!! We are now on his "check with us every 6 months" list! We will definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreVery professional on the phone and walked me through all the details of what they were going to do. Once they showed up he again showed me what he was going to do and what I could expect. I was equally impressed with his professionalness and timelyness. He did such a great job and much better than I thought was going to happen. I didn't think my carpets were that dirty, but once he did two of the four I was going to have done (coupon) I told him to please do the other three rooms if he had the time. I really couldn't believe the difference in my carpets. He did just what he said he would and I never felt pressured to buy the other three rooms. I've delt with other companies and I've always had to deal with them trying to upsale me a service, but this guy was very professional and his actions matched his words. When he left he cleaned up and you would never know he was there except that I had really clean carpets. He gave me some great tips too on what to do for speciftc stains going forward. I have another family event at the end of summer and will be calling them again to help me impress my family! Thanks

 + 1 moreThe service i received from Like New Carpet Care was phenomenal. The customer service over the phone was very friendly and did not pressure me into any unwanted services. The carpet care technician arrived on time and cleaned my carpet and tile in a timely fashion. I was in shock as the technician was able to turn the grout to its original beige color as it had become black as it had been several years since it had a profession cleaning. The carpets turned out amazing as well and I will definitely use their services in the future. I got my carpets cleaned and protected in 6 areas for $210. I got 500 square feet of tile and grout cleaned for $250. ($0.50 per square feet)

 + 1 moreCalled them in on fairly short notice to do steam cleaning to the carpet. They said they would be there between 8 and 10 am, and they arrived at my door 8 o'clock sharp. Very professional, very friendly, INCREDIBLY helpful. Steam cleaned the carpet in the entire house for an awesome $140 flat! Upholstery was handled in the same professional manner. I did not get it done right away because they would have had to do an entirely different procedure due to the age of the furniture. I will say that I will most definitely be calling them again soon to return and do the upholstery. As soon as JR was finished up he cleaned up everything behind him, told me to leave the fans on all day and left. Wonderful experience! If you have had bad room mates or bad dog experiences like me and you want your carpet back to the way you remember it, then these are your guys.
Description of Work: Entire 3 bedroom house carpet steam cleaned. Kitchen and entry way tile steam cleaned and grout scrubbed. Estimate for 1 couch and 2 chairs steam/dry chemical cleaned.

 + 0 moreI am in the process of selling my home and needed to clean the carpets for sellers. I called this company and was helped very professionally and the gentleman addressed all of my questions. They were able to work with my schedule and were very punctual. Before someone came to my house, they called to let me know they were on there way and gave me their eta. Upon arrival I was greeted and the gentleman got right to work. He was very thorough with his work and used guards to protect my walls, corners, and furniture. He also wore shoe coverings, and rotated an industrial drying fan from room to room to help the drying process go more quickly. The employee seemed very knowledgable as well and was friendly. When the job was complete, he made sure i was satisfied and then left me with a copy of the work he had done. I would definitely use this company again in the future. great job!
Description of Work: steam cleaned two story home thoroughly, killing germs and bacteria and leaving the carpet "Like New" and smelling fresh.

Description of Work: I was hesitant about going with Like New Carpet Care in the beginning because I had never heard of them and they weren't a "big" named company. Ultimatley, I decided to go ahead and give them a try, not only because the price was unbeatable but becuase from the first call the technician was very professional and helpful. He didn't make me feel like I was just another number or a bother to him. They were extreamley flexible with scheduling the appointment and they did everything for me. I was shocked! When it came time for the day, they were ON TIME, dressed professionally, and called me when they were almost to my house. They were spot on with how long it would take them to clean my carpet and they didn't make a mess, which has happened to me in the past with other companies. My carpet looks brand new!!! I was really nervous because I rent and when moving out the carpets couldn't have any stains on them. Given 2 small children and a dog, it's pretty tough to not have your carpet get stained. I had several stains and dirt from walking in and out, they are all GONE!!!! All in all I was extreamely please with Like New Carpet Care and I would highly recommend them to a friend and I will definatley use them again! They are my new carpet cleaning service!!

I can't believe the carpets look this good for such a low price. I thought I would eventually have to replace my carpets becasuse the stains were so bad. The technician was very nice and thorough. I will absolutley recommend this company to everyone I know.

After many headaches and communication issues with the carpet cleaning company I was using, I decided to try Like New Carpet Care after a friend referred the company to me. I have used them multiple times, and have not been disappointed! Each time I have made an appointment, I have spoken directly with the company's owner. He was very friendly, competent and informative. I have had caprets and tile cleaned, with stains removed, in each of my rental properties multiple times with great results. I decided to use this company services at my home after many succssful services at my properties. I had my carpets, tile, couches and reclining chair cleaned. They have never looked better. Their prices are competitive and reasonable and their services are OUTSTANDING! The time I took to write this review is a direct result of the pleasant and impressive experience I have had thus far in dealing with this company. I will continue to use this company for all my properties and I highly recommend them to anybody seeking these types of services.
