Like New Carpet Care

Excellent! Kris arrived with all equipment, on time and was friendly and helpful. He did a great job and the areas he cleaned really sparkle. Now I really don't notice the little chips in the tile here and there, occurring over 10 years or so.

What I want to mention first is that they were fantastic in being flexible and fitting our cleaning into the crazy schedule we had closing on our house. If you ever have a tight schedule and need help I would call them. I believe the home we purchased had original carpet for 1999 so we were not expecting brand new looking carpet but we hoping for some luck. Few of the major stains came up but that was expected. Otherwise the cleaning was fine. The tech was courteous and worked efficiently.

Both recliners look brand new as the day we bought them. Kelaan the techniian was very professional. He texted that he was on his way and was here with in 15 minutes of text. He did an exellent job. The stains were all removed. As stated they look new. I will definitely use them again when we do our rugs and other upholstery. Very pleased with service.

It turned out good. The young man was very courteous and very professional. He checked the place out. He checked the water and everything. He came out and pretreated the carpet. He cleaned it. He was very professional. He did a very good job. He did above and beyond. He helped me move a piece of furniture that I couldn't move. The company sent him to a different address. He was very professional.

Everything went beautifully. As others have stated, there was no upselling and the work was done fast and professionally. Our carpets truly do look like new. I also was extremely pleased with their text notification service which kept me informed of the appointment, when the technician was on his way, and estimated arrival time.

I am a repeat customer. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. With other carpet cleaners the carpets start to look dirty after a few months because the cleaning solution they use seems to attract the dirt. Not the case with this company. My carpets stay cleaner a lot longer. Their employees are professional and do great work! They even gave me a free bottle of carpet cleaner to use for spot cleaning. Thanks!

Absolutely great service! They were able to schedule us very quickly and did a great job in terms of carpet cleaning. They also followed up the next day to ensure everything went to our satisfaction. We have experimented with different carpet cleaning companies over the years and this is certainly head and shoulders above the rest!

The technician arrived on time and got right to work. He was able to get the tile and grout cleaner than it was when we puchased the house. He even moved my bed a little so he could clean the carpet under and around the legs where it is hard to get cleaned well with the vacuum. I primarily selected this firm for their expertise in cleaning area rugs. I know from experience that for the rugs to be deep cleaned they need to be removed from the home and cleaned in a way that is different from the way carpet is cleaned. They took my two extra large Momeni rugs that have endured living with four dogs and cleaned them thoughly before returning them to me as promised htree weeks later. I think they cleaned them twice to make sure they got all the dog smells out of them. They followed up after the rugs were returned to make sure I was satisfied.

This was a great company to do business with and will use them again. Great communication from beginning to end. Our technician, Keelan, was very nice and professional. He did a great job!! We are very happy with the job and services provided.

Arrived early with good communication. I asked that he focus on the traffic areas and was a little caught off guard when he stuck so narrowly to them. Who knows if I had the requisite square footage covered or not, but I am in hopes that the area will look more even now. There was no up-selling (which was nice - company seems to have integrity!), but it was also a little ambiguous what was covered under the promotion. Keelan was very professional and pleasant. They use a text notification system to send you the tech's name when they are on their way - another nice touch. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

I've had my carpets cleaned many, many times in the past. This company far out past any cleaning I've ever had done. The equipment was strong and extracted the water very well. They used hot water and the dirt just melted and came out. They were fast and hard working. Very professional, yet friendly. I personally had Kris, and would recommend him again. I am so happy to have found my lifetime carpet cleaning company!!

We only had two rooms and a small hallway to clean and they came in and sprayed and we didn't know that they had to use our water in order to do the cleaning with, so the guy came in and did it and after the living room was dry it was still filthy. I had to have them come back and they couldn't come back for like 5 more days. They came back and did it again and it was a lot cleaner the second time.

Arrived on time, very professional. Wore the shoe covers inside the house which I appreciate. Carpets look clean, smell good. Would use them again !

After calling the home office of Like New Cleaning, the appointment was promptly scheduled. We were kept informed of arrival time and what we needed to do to prepare. Our technician, Keelan, arrived as scheduled, walked through the house with me, took measurements and gave me a fair price. He worked very hard for several hours and did a SUPERB job! He was professional, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The carpet and tile were revived and I am amazed at how clean and fresh everything looks! I would use them again and would highly recommend their services!

The ladies that come to our home are always absolutely professional, courteous and do a stellar job cleaning. With 3 kids in the house, 4 when our oldest is home from school, a dog and 2 cats it's gets pretty untidy pretty fast. Thankfully the Like New team is here weekly to keep us in check. :) Honestly, these are some of the BEST house cleaners we've ever had. I've also used the carpet cleaning service and they too do a fantastic job! JR has a GREAT team and we are happy to be on the client list.

The carpet technician called prior to his arrival and indicated that he would be arriving early. Once he arrived, he helped be move a couple of large pieces of furniture that I was preparing to move on my own, but his assistance made the process a lot easier. In addition, There were a couple of stubborn stains on my carpet that requires special attention and as a result of the technicians efforts the spots were removed. I will certainly use this company again.

They called to ask if it would be okay to come earlier than scheduled. This was GREAT for me. The rep took a look at the house, advised about a couple of stains that might not come out and reaffirmed the estimate. The rep was very professional, provided quick service and did a great job. BTW--the stains that he said might not come up didn't, but I wasn't expecting miracles, just a clean and fresh carpet in my new home that was rid of the cat hair from the previous owner. I will definitely be using them again.

The process was explained before the rug cleaning started. Extra caution was taken to protect corner walls from hoses moved around during cleaning. They explained they would try their best to clean any stubborn areas. They pointed worn areas to watch. They were very courteous. At the end I was offered scotch guard treatment for an additional fee. I accepted the offer for the treatment. I would use this service again.
