Good experience. Had to change contact number at last minute- responded quickly and called new number giving time to get home and open house. Sent instructions of expectation 48 prior which was great so I would know how to prepare for them arriving..

it went very well he arrived on time and finished before the time explained what he was doinf before he started and also explained while he was working. Very professional and courteous. JR also congratulated us on our purchase of the new home.

I was moving out of my apartment and had a time schedule to keep. JR accommodated me into his schedule and it worked out great. The carpets were old and worn but JR was able to bring them back to life.

They did a nice job. They didn't seal the tile but they came back and fixed it. So they followed through. They are through and they follow through. That is the best I could say about them.

I will hire him again. He made my 24 yr. old carpet look better than anyone look GREAT!

JR did an excellent job refreshing our 11 year old carpets. I was very pleased with the results, I would certainly use them again.

We bought a coupon for whole house cleaning. Called to make an appointment and it was arranged immediately. I was emailed a list of how to prepare the carpet for cleaning: vacuum entire area and remove small, moveable furniture off carpet. JR called the evening before to confirm and arrived bright and early the next morning. As a matter of fact, he arrived very early and woke us up with his call. This is why I was tempted to take a letter grade off the overall experience from A to B. I would have given him a B plus if I had that option. But in truth arriving early is not really a bad thing. So I went with an A. JR warned me that some of the stains on my carpet might not come out. But they did! I was very happy. Our coupon did not include stair cleaning even though it was listed as whole house. That cost an extra $35.00. I expected that. He also treated for pet stain odor at extra cost. It was worth it. Stains that had not come up with a previous cleaning came out just fine this time. Our carpet really looks like new. I will definitely use LIke New Carpet Cleaning next time. Great job. Thank you!

JR arrived ahead of schedule, was courteous and accommodating. The work he performed exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and professionalism. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will not hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

Everything went very well. JR cleaned all the carpets in our two-story home. He worked hard to remove a couple of difficult stains and was able to remove them. Overall we were very pleased with the work that he performed. It was so nice to have the entire house freshened up with all the carpets clean.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They did a really good job. They took their time and they did a really good job on the carpet. He seemed to know what he was doing and he was real professional.

He arrived when he said he would and did a GREAT job cleaning my couch and chaise. He got stains out that previous carpet cleaners could not. Excellent job. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and co-workers!!

The Computer Room had an area which was particularly difficult to clean (I tried many times with my own machine). J.R. was able to clean the area sufficiently to make a big difference. Other areas were cleaned beyond my hopes and expectations. J.R. was punctual and professional in all he did and said he would do. I would certainly use "Like New Carpet Care" again. AND thank you, Angie's List, since I would not have found this company without you. The second cleaning job went just as great as the first as I expected with the additional caveat that J.R. wished to revisit the two difficult areas that were cleaned last time (they had been very well cleaned but still visible). He used a new tool after stating that he was not satisfied after the last go-around. When he finished, all rooms were LIKE NEW and the two areas were absolutely clean and looked as though they were never dirty. Thank you, J.R., I appreciate your care and efforts so very much. We definitely will be calling you back for a once-over toward the end of the year. We are so happy we found your company!

I had prepared the rooms by removing all the furniture that would be in the way; heavy pieces were to remain unmoved as I had no intention of cleaning under them. J.R. did a superb job in the cleaning process. He even revisited a couple of areas in the previous rooms we had done a week earlier and just about removed all of the difficult marks that were there. If J.R. has an area that is difficult to clean, he will go to extra measures to clean it for sure. We really appreciated his efforts; the results are great. Thank you, J.R. We will be calling this company in about six months to clean the traffic areas of the entire house again.

I was very satisfied. I live in an apartment in downtown which is difficult to find parking near and get large equipment to. These guys were patient and and worked with me on it. The carpet came out looking great afterwards.

He was able to come earlier then scheduled, which worked out great. Did all the rooms upstairs and downstairs. Greatly improved the appearance of the carpets.

JR knows how to conduct business, I wanted to use his business because all of his reviews were stellar reviews. He did not let me down, from the first call until the completion of the job. JR arrived at the house did an inspection of the areas that needed cleaning and any spots that needed special attention. JR places baseboard protectors down so that the hose would not scratch the baseboards, very nice. He began cleaning stepped into a room and notice that one closet was not open, he asked me if I wanted that closet cleaned, he did not just assume. JR is very thorough, considerate, and professional.

The whole process went very well. JR was at the house promptly at 8 am - we were 5 minutes late getting there. He walked through the empty house, assessed the work to be done, and got right to it. One hour and 45 minutes later he was finished. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the results.

The service was prompt and professionally performed. The technician showed attention to detail and took his time to make sure the work was done properly. A top notch job for a reasonable price. He will do all our carpet cleaning from now on.

I had avoided getting the carpet cleaned for a couple of years because of the high cost of using past vendors. This service was excellent so I would use them again even without a coupon.

My carpets are over 14 years old and although not abused, they were dirty and stained. I have had many cleaning services, including Stanley Steamer and Zerorez, but the cleaning done by JR and Like New Carpet Care was nothing short of amazing! I was surprised as soon as the carpets were cleaned that the stains were gone, but even more amazed when, several days later, the stains did not re-surface. Thins is a great company and will be my carpet cleaner. We have had company for the week after the cleaning and it still looks great. Seriously!

It went excellent I was very happy and impressed. JR had given me the estimate over the phone and then we set our appointment and he said he would call that morning to let us know he was on his way and estimated between 10 AM and 1 PM. He called me around 9 AM to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and he introduced himself and gave me the paperwork on what we discussed and he went over it all and then he got started. He did all the furniture first since it would take time to dry. When he was done with the furniture he came out and asked me to come in and take a look and I was pleased with what I saw and he then continued with the carpet cleaning. When he was done with the carpets I came in and looked at the finished project and was so happy with the final result. I paid him after he put all his equipment away. He just told me to keeps air on or windows open to help everything dry quicker.

JR is by far the best Carpet Cleaning Company I have ever used. I will be referring them to all of my friends, family, co-workers and anyone else who asks for a carpet cleaning company. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly, professional, timely and just overall awesome!! :-) I just can't say more good things about them. I just can't believe that I found this company and how amazing the experience was. I am truly amazed!! My carpets, rugs all look new. I thought I was going to have to purchase new carpet and rugs, but JR saved me money this way. The price was just write!! I even got more than I paid for in my opinion. I can keep rambling on on how this experience is by far the best experience I have ever had with a company like this. They called me back right away, scheduled the appointment in a timely manner and just made things happen. If you don't go with this company, than you haven't gone with the best company out there. This is the only company to use for your Carpet Cleaning needs!!!!!!! :-)

J.R. was easy to contact and set up an appointment with. He arrived on time, in fact he was early, and he went through the home and told me exactly how much everything would cost. He was thorough and professional. He vacuumed every area and put down corner guards, so as not to damage any of the walls with his equipment. The carpets were clean and dry in about 6 hours. J.R. is a driven, hard-working young man, and was a pleasure to work with.
