Like New Carpet Care

I am very pleased with my experience with Like New Carpet Care. My initial phone call was answered my JR and I was able to book an appointment for that same week. No leaving messages and waiting for calls to be returned. I received a courtesy reminder call the day before my service and the technician also called me when he was on the way to my house. Tyler arrived promptly, was very courteous and quickly set to work. He did a great job - my carpets and rugs look fantastic. I will definitely use Like New Carpet Care again.

JR the owner called the night before to confirm. I received a call from Tyler, the technician, the morning of to say he was on his way. The time window I took was between 8:00-9:00 am. Tyler arrived at 8:15. He cleaned my carpets in a quick manner. There was no mess afterward. I was also given a free bottle of spot remover. Tyler explained the scotchguard and also the spot remover. Tyler was friendly and professional. I will use Like New Carpet Care again.

They were very professional and polite in setting up the appointment at my convenience. They arrived promptly as scheduled and the technician was very nice and professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for the carpet cleaning and I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned. I also had a sofa, love seat and recliner to be cleaned and he provided a quote for the additional charges for that. He set up plastic guards to protect woodwork from the hoses and was very neat and efficient. The entire job was completed in less than 2 hours and the rugs and furniture were not soaking wet when he left. It is now mid afternoon and everything is almost completely dry. I was very pleased with this service and will definitely use Like New Carpet Care again!

The tech arrived on time, was very professional and through in his work. We were especially impressed with his professionalism and communication skills. He did the work well, was very friendly, and we would definitely use them again! Very nice work and the carpets and couches look and feel great!

They did an excellent job. The tech did run a little late but he called in advance to let me know. I would use them again without question.

He was wonderful. They came about two weeks after I bought the deal and I did not spend more than what the deal was for.

JR was right on time for appointment ( a huge plus with me). Quietly, quickly and efficiently went about his business and the carpets were cleaned - very professional job. I waited on my review to see if the "dark spots" came back in a few days, as I have experienced with other carpet cleaning firms) - they have not. I highly recommend.

JR was very responsive. Always nice to have someone answer the phone and provide you with immediate information. Came earlier than scheduled, but called before-hand to warn me. Cleaned all tile/grout in kitchen/foyer/bathrooms and they look great, can see a difference. Pre-treated the areas and scrubbed the grout lines before using the pressure washer. Also cleaned a few area rugs and sofa and treated with scotch-guard. The reviews don't lie, great provider. Would recommend and use again. Small update: Didn't seal any grout. Not sure if that should/would be included, but I see other reviews talking about it.

Customer Service is Excellent. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the initial treatment of some highly soilded traffic areas. The owner (JR) quickly responded and scheduled a revisit. Tyler was excellent, and had a great attitude about coming back to make sure the job was done to satisfaction. The carpet turned out clean and fluffy and the best I've seen it in years. I was also offered $20 off my next service for the inconvenience. I'm very pleased with the experience, and will definately use them again.

Very well....I had another company clean the townhouse we had moved out of a week prior to this appointment and I noticed the difference in how fast the carpets dried with Like New versus the other company. Quite a big difference which was nice having the carpets drier faster. And they came out like new....JR also had a blower he used as he went along to help speed up the process. He took his time and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him and will use him for sure again in the future.

JR and his associate, Jonathon, arrived right on time - 8:00am on a Friday morning. Both were very professional and courteous in their demeanor, and after being shown the areas that were to be worked on, they got right to it. We have 4 dogs, so there were some areas that needed special attention, but nothing that didn't warrant special services. After opting for the additional scotchguard service, an additional $70, they were finished in the previously promised 2 hours. Overall, we are extremely happy with the results, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

was from a Angies lsit 125 clean your carpets deal/. But when he got here- he said it iwll be 35 more I feel like this was a bait and swiitch, Why was I charged more? said one carpet was differnet and I had a upstairs- that was not stted inthe Angie's list deal I feel cheated on this one

I dealt directly with JR and the experience was positive from the first contact. JR is extremely professional, pleasant and responsive. We were able to schedule a date for service; JR's communications were excellent. On the date of service, he was punctual and extremely careful with everything he did in my home. The rug cleaning was excellent and it was a pleasure to deal with LikeNew Carpet Care. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The serviceman from Like New Carpet Care had a good work ethic, he was very detailed, and I would recommend Like New Carpet Care.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. He did the job very well and was a nice young man who was polite and put booties on his shoes. He eliminated the spotted areas rather well. The young man promised he would be here between certain hours and called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time, went to work, did an excellent job and I was very pleased.

USE THIS COMPANY!!! First of this company lives up to its name, i recently had gotten a new dog for my family and there was a vast amount of urine in the carpet. The smell was almost unbearable, which also came with a significant amount of staining. We have two small children that have managed to destroy the carpets in there room. After J.R. and Tyler were done with the cleaning the carpets literally smelled and looked "like new" no joke! We also did an Air Duct cleaning of all of our vents. Each vent was taken down and cleaned then he took some device and cleaned each and every one of them, he also cleaned out the dryer vent. From the time i first called this company i was pleased, when the phone was first answered by the extremely polite and knowledgeable individual to the time they left our home i was amazed at the service quality. I could go on and on about them, they are awesome wouldn't use anyone else from here on out!

He was prompt, very thorough and professional....miraculously cleaned carpets that were quite stained....they are now spotless and really "like new" . He also gave me some cleaner to use in the future if we spill something to maintain their beautiful appearance. We are so pleased!i

What a positive experience - from the start to the final result. All areas that need special care, were well taken care of. The service was performed in my absence. I also left the check before the job was done. He did not rushed the job. The contractor was very friendly and professional - my carpets of 7 years really look new again. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend him to my friends.

Everything went well. They did a great job, were honest about what they could do, and were very nice. They were on time as well which I really appreciated.

The carpet looked good when he was done. He actually got there early.

Our appointment time was 8am and sure enough, a very professional and friendly carpet expert was at my door. He gave me a pro-grade spot removal bottle for after the job was done(just in case our pets have an accident). After a brief walk through and conversation about heavily trafficked areas, my carpets were being cleaned. I was told it would take about an hour and a half to complete the job, And it took exactly an hour and a half. My carpets look fantastic and I am very happy! Call these guys!
