They were great. Very responsive, on time and did a great job. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies the quoted a fair price up front and actually idid the job for the quoted price - No Bait and Switch at all!

He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, then cleaned all the grout...finished 2 bathrooms, the entry. the kitchen and the pantry all for $129 and in just a few minutes over 0ne and a half hours.

Very professional and punctual. Deal was exactly as advertised on Angie's LIst. I scheduled the service two days in advance and it was exactly what I paid for and expected.

I was very happy with them. They were very careful to protect the corners and walls. They did a good job and we had a very pleasant technician come out. I would use them again.

We have two cats and their hain is a problem and even though we try to keep the furniture clean the pro did the best job we could have asked for. Very happy with the job.

Very professional. Good service from the person who scheduled the work and the person who came out to the house. Some of our stains couldn't come out but the person clearly worked h****** them and I don't think anyone else could have removed them either. He was very thorough in the cleaning and seemed like he really wanted to do a good job.

Very professional, quick and informative. My carpets were gross before, with cat and dog feces in many spots. After the cleaning the carpets look great! I'm not worried to walk around barefoot or lay on my carpets. The recliners and rug came out great. For a whole house cleaning and what had to be done I'm completely satisfied and would recommend using this service!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and they did a great job. I had to pay a little bit more than the big deal, but it was because my house was bigger than what was on that Angie's List advertisement. They were very friendly. They did a thorough job and did it in a timely manner.

Excellent service and very professional. Was very responsive and did a high quality job. He first did the entire carpet in our house we were renting out then afterwards travelled to our house to do the couch. They both looked brand new after the work was done. The review is a little late and we don't want to misrepresent price since we cant locate invoice but the price was very reasonable considering work involved. We would definitely use again !!!

It was fine. It was more expensive to put a protective coat on the carpet. They were clean and pleasant.

They were great! They arrived promptly and got right to work with the downstairs. They cleaned the upstairs floors while the downstairs was being fanned. The service didn't take too long and the carpets look fantastic! They were able to remove a stain in a high traffic area. We had friends over the next day and they even commented on how it looked liked we replaced our carpets. They did a great job!

I took advantage of a Angie's List Deal to try this company and I am glad I did. The booking was easy. I had a reminder call that they were coming two days ahead and they called the morning of the cleaning to let me know that they were on their way. The cleaning crew were on time and professional in their discussions with me. They were able to get out spots in the carpet that previous carpet cleaners could not remove. They kept to the timeline that I was told to expect. I will definitely use this company again.

A friend let him in as I couldn't get it scheduled after work hours. He was prompt and did a good job. the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in several years; however, it came out looking good. The peace of mind from knowing the furniture is clean makes it worth it. I felt he was thorough and I liked that he discussed the areas that would not come clean simply due to the age of the furniture.

The cleaner's arrived on time and worked expeditiously. They were professional and did a good job of cleaning the carpet. They did not have to remove any stains; only the dirt from normal wear in high traffic areas. Overall quality work; I would recommend.

The appointment booking procedure was very easy and quick. Before the actual date we were contacted twice to confirm date and time and their guy was polite, effective and quick and he made sure we were 100% satisfied before he left. A day later we also received another courtesy call to confirm that we were happy with the work. We will definitely use this company again and recommend it to everyone.

I had them clean the six rugs extra from Big Deal price and I felt that the extra costs were reasonable, they even cleaned my dog steps for free! They did a beautiful job on the lazy boy. Arrived on time, called ahead, and were wearing booties over their shoes to keep the house clean. Were very conscientious of doing a good job and I felt that they did amazing! I would definitely hire them again!

They had to come back the second time and they were polite and professional, but I would not use them again. I had scotchgard added to couple of rooms. There was an area in the family room where there were some places that they didn't get out, the other rooms they did a pretty good job on and then they came back second time because I told them I wasn't happy with the job that they did in the family room, so they came back out second time without any extra charge. I have had others that had come in and they have been able to get spots like that out and they did get them out completely, but it looked better after the second time. They were very professional and nice. I wasn't happy with the quality of the work that they done in one room.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job explaining the cleaning process, answered all of my questions, and was able to troubleshoot several issues. The carpets looked "Like New" when all was said and done.

Within 1.5 hours, quite alot of professional carpet cleaning was accomplished. The service technician was courteous (he called around 10am to confirm that he would arrive around 10:45am.) The initial estimate time range of service was to be from 10am to 1 pm. He was professional and did a good job on cleaning all the carpeted areas. I would use this service again.
