The service was great. It was all excellent.

Every aspect of my experience with this company was great. JR was responsive and pleasant. Nick (the tech who came out to do the work) called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. We did a quick walk thru of my home and then he got right to work. He was thorough, polite and professional. There were a couple of spots that he couldn't get out but he worked on them and did the best he could. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Gentlemen did four bedrooms, hallway, living room, dining room and family room and deodorized. Just two suggestions - tell customer that deodorizer has NO fragrance at all (I would have preferred a light fragrance), and also, because I misunderstood that my cost would be more than the initial $125 due to the size of area to be service, I had to pay $35 additional. This should have been written in large letters somewhere. Other than that, the service was good, and carpets cleaned well.

This company is extremely professional. They showed up early, were very respectful and had great service. I would definitely recommend them.

Arrived a few minutes before the appointment time after let me know that he will be on time---great start. Nick provided courteous and professional service with an excellent result. Great communication. The guy that showed up was so nice. He worked hard and got the work done quite quickly with high quality work. I've had my carpet cleaned by other companies but none compared to this one

First, I must express appreciation to "JR, the owner" for honoring my coupon even though the expiration date had long passed. (having purchased several coupons, I inadvertently calendared a much later date.) Once the service date was agreed upon, "Like New..." called the day before to confirm the time of service, (1:00 p.m.). Then on the actual day, "Mike" the technician called to say he was on his way...very timely! Upon arrival, he checked the areas to be cleaned, informed me that I would have to pay an additional $35 per room for the "two extra rooms," and once I agreed, he promptly began to work. He said they did not move furniture; that he would "work around everything." Except for the family room where there is heavy traffic, all the areas were spotless. Mike was personable, professional, and friendly. He completed the task in just over one hour. He explained that the carpet would take 8-10 hours to dry (wish I had known that beforehand - I would have requested an earllier appointment!) Shortly afterwards, I got a follow-up call from the office, inquiring about the service I had received. I am quite impressed with this Company, its staff and its quality of service; and would be pleased to recommend them to other potential customers. Thank you!!

They did a great job. I got the Angie's List Big Deal deal for carpet cleaning in 4 rooms. The carepet doesn't look brand new, because our carpet are a few years old, but it looks really clean! The guy who came out was really respectful and he made it a very comfortable experience. We also have a dog and you can tell a difference after they deodorized the carpet; especially in my sons room, where our dog likes to hangout. That was my first time using them and I would definitely use them again.

I had them come out a month and a half ago. I had them do the bathrooms upstairs in addition to the other rooms in the deal so t was an extra $50. It was my first time using them. I didn't think it came out as clean as it should have so I won't use them again but they were very nice people. Maybe my expectations are very high.

My second Angie's coupon purchase with this company. Good work and a good value. Amazing that one person could do a whole house so quickly and so well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There were no additional charges. They were very professional. I already knew there were some spots that wouldn't come out. He was on time and he called before he got here. Everything was done very quickly.

I purchased a Groupon which purported to include camera inspection, vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. As I had 3 more vents than "allowed" I was prepared to pay (and did pay) the $10 per vent extra charge. My call to schedule the appointment was returned and immediately the provider attempted to upsell a "fogger" for the vents. (Without even knowing my address, much less if my vents needed it!) (BTW, if you check, the FDA has not approved any foggers for use in vent/duct cleaning.) I certainly didn't want anything sprayed in my vents that required me and my 3 dogs and child to leave our home for 1 hour while it was applied, leaving the technician alone in my home. After declining, my appointment was scheduled promptly, which was much appreciated. The gentleman arrived on-time and was courteous. I was quite ill so I did not accompany him around my home as I should probably have. I even paid a gratuity in my check without checking his work first. He didn't re-attach all the vents properly after "cleaning" them. One was even installed backwards. He didn't use the brush attachment on half of the house. He took it back out to his truck after doing half the house. He didn't do any camera inspection at all. He didn't vacuum up his debris. He didn't move the furniture back. It literally took less than one hour for him to "complete" the job on my 2400+ sq. ft. home, including the air return I had to specifically ASK him to vacuum. When I left a review on Groupon, the owner of this business immediately jumped to the TECHNICIAN'S defense, saying that it was because I was remodeling and painting my home that he didn't replace the vents properly. I can assure you that at 7 months pregnant and ill, I am neither remodeling nor painting. When the owner then said "oh, I mistook your home for another, please call me to discuss" and I did not immediately call (because I have a job, a family, and a cold), he wrote me a very nasty email calling me "immoral" and "unprofessional." (Meanwhile, I PAID for their services!) When I sent the photos to the company, I received absolutely no further reply. While their reviews for carpet cleaning might be great, I would never recommend them to any of my customers, neighbors or friends. Word to the wise, when a business' first instinct is "blame the customer", you know there is something wrong.

They did okay, but my carpets were still a little wet when they finished.

Received an email from Angies List Big Deal offer that was $125 Complete Home Carpet Cleaning and Deodorizing. This was a $215.00 value. I purchased the offer and called Like New Carpet Cleaning to set up an appointment. They were able to accommodate the date I requested which was great. Michael showed up on time and in less than 1 hour was all done with the cleaning the carpets. He was very polite, professional and very careful as he maneuvered around the house with the vacuum hose. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend this company and also highly recommend taking advantage of the Angies List Big Deals.

When he first got here, he did not have any paperwork on me, so he had to call his boss. Once he talked to his boss and got everything cleared, he got started on my carpets. I had one room that had some really bad spots in it. They got most of the spots up, but they did not get all of them. They did a really good job on it. He was very polite and trustworthy. He moved some furniture around. They were on time and I would use them again.

The service was outstanding! They verified the appointment before they came. They arrived on time The carpet cleaning was done with care and professionalism. The results were perfect. I would highly recommend them.

They always answer the phone and scheduled service easily and quickly. I couldn't be home so I left keys for them. They let themselves in and out and other than the clean carpets and the receipt on the kitchen counter, I couldn't even tell they'd been there. They did a great job and I would definitely use again.

They came on time and did the job but we will not use them again. There are still stains in the grout that were there previously. I don't believe the grout was dry enough when the sealer was applied. We had them use our sealer and it was spattered on the tile and left many shiny spots on the tile. We spent a lot of time on our hands and knees attempting to remove.

They did a great job. The owner was there. He followed up on everything and made sure I was satisfied.

Provider contacted me to set up an appointment through Angie's List. When I called, I was told the additional cost for stairs, which was reasonable. We made an appointment. I received a call the day before my appointment as a reminder. Also, I got a call the day of to give me an approximate time. When Nick arrived, I found him very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me a free gift of a bottle of carpet stain remover, of which I was surprised and grateful. He walked through the house, checking the carpets, and made suggestions and acknowledged the difficulties--all of which I agreed. He then began to work on carpet that had not been cleaned in years! Not an easy job!! After finishing upstairs, he asked me to check his work. I was so surprised to see how clean he had gotten two of the bedrooms. Then he cleaned the stairs. Amazing job! The other rooms were just as surprising. Not only was Nick good at what he does, he was professional, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely use New Carpet Care again and highly recommend their carpet cleaning services. Excellent customer service. Thanks again, Nick!

Very well. They did an excellent job. Only hiccup was some mechanical issue withe their equipment but that was not a bid deal. We rescheduled for later in the day. They were very professional and did fantastic work. Would highly recommend.

After paying for the serivce online via Angie's list, the owner of the company emailed me to set up a time for services to be rendered. I called what I thought was the business phone, but it was the owners person cell phone. It was after business hours and he not only took the call, but scheduled an appointment. He was very professional and courteous. I had asked for a phone call when the tech would be on his way as I have rather large dogs that needed to be crated before anyone arrived. They did exactly as I requested, he was even a bit earlier than scheduled and inquired if it would be alright if he got started as soon as he got here even if it was a few minutes early. For me, that was fabulous! I always experienced exactly the opposite so I was very happy. When the tech arrived, he was very professional and as unobtrusive as could be. He had a piece of equipment break on him and he had it taken care of efficiently and everything ran smoothly. I was very impressed from start to finish and most importantly, the carpet looks fantanstic! Professional, courteous and prompt is how I rate this company! Great value for the money!
