They came out in July to do some Grout cleaning. It was ceramic tile in several areas of the house stretching from the front entrance through to the kitchen area back to a hallway. They had equipment specially for cleaning grout, it was a steam cleaner and suction system that he ran into the house with hoses. Very professionally done. It cost just the amount in the big deal. The house is about twenty years old and the grout has ever been cleaned so it was a little dirty especially in the kitchen. He did a lot of work but after he left and it dried, you could see areas that he missed. I called and spoke to the owner, they were sent back out and the second time got the job done right. They were punctual and very professional.

I found them here on Angie's List. I was not thrilled about the 10am to 1pm appt window but he arrived at 10:15. He was very polite and did a very good job!! I will definitely use them in the future!

They came out quickly after I had purchased the deal and were fast and efficient. They were very responsive and re-scheduling went well. I really liked the price. One person came out to do the work and it took about an hour. I am satisfied with the results and thought they did a good job. I did have one spot come back after they were done but I spot treated them myself. They left me some spot removal treatment for me to use on my own.

The service was outstanding. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, did an excellent job, courteous, friendly. Got the job done in a great time frame. I will definately use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out good for me. They came on time, they kept me abreast of when they were going to get there and so they did the job. I didn't really have any problems with them. I would get them again. The price was acceptable to me.

I wanted a tile cleaning as part of my move in. They responded well and the technician was professional but this 'special' did not even cover the common areas for a 1000square ft house!I did not notice a difference after the tile was cleaned, the technician said my tile was not in bad shape.

This family owned business was a pleasure to deal with! They were reactive to inquiries, great pricing (under $500 for everything and they even included cleaning tiled master bath shower), easy to deal with, called to confirm appt day before, tech called when he was in his way, on time, neat and organized, knowledgable and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The young man called a day before and the morning of to remind me of the appointment. He was on time and he was very humble. We went over the list of tasks to be performed, he then immediately went to work and did an excellent job. Heavily soiled (frequently traveled) areas now blend in with the rest of the carpet which was a pleasant surprise. I will use them every time!

After purchasing the carpet cleaning service from Like New Carpet Care from Angie's List, we contacted the office to schedule a date for cleaning and were given a window of time of between 10am to 1pm on November 21st. At approximately 11 am on the 21st., Dane (the individual who provided the carpet cleaning service) contacted us to inform us that he would be arriving in approximately 20 minutes. He arrived promptly 20 minutes later. After introducing himself, Dane thoroughly explained the entire process and informed us of the extreme temperature of the water and how our carpeting would not only be cleaned but sanitized as well. We walked through the rooms we wanted cleaned and showed him a couple of very bad set in stains that were in the carpeting when we purchased the home. He assured us that he would do his best to remove as much of the stains as he possibly could. My husband told Dane to let him know if he needed any help moving furniture during the course of his cleaning. We relaxed on the lanai as Dane cleaned and when he was finished we were surprised that he didn't request any assistance. He explained everything he did, showed us the plastic pieces he placed under the wooden legs of the furniture to protect the wood. He showed us what he did in each room and also showed us how he did his best to remove the stains, especially the two large set in stains. We were pleasantly surprised at the significant improvement. Dane is an extremely industrious, proficient and competent worker who is an asset to his company. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Don't hire him to do anything with velvet.
