They called in advance to let me know they were on their way. Assured of the job and explained the process. All work was performed in a quick manner. The bathroom grout and tile look better than when we moved in the house.

Most rooms were very well done. One very stained room would never be perfect but could have been more carefully spotted.

It was not terrific. I know they could have gotten it better done and they didn't. If they couldn't have done it, they should have just said they can't do it. I didn't like that. I just felt they were just going to take my money and they really did very well for me. I paid an additional amount for the service. I think they were very nice and everything else but they just dropped the ball.

He seemed to have done a good job until it took forever for the carpet to dry and then the smells started . We had a company come out a few days later to clean the tile floor and he generously cleaned the one room of carpet again and you could hardly tell the first company had gotten all the dirty fluid out of the carpet. It seems maybe the filter of the first company was not working as it should have been. The service rep was very friendly and timely but not happy at all.

My wife did not feel they got our floors very clean.

They were very prompt to respond and schedule the service and the day of they were even a little early. Very professional and also followed up to see how it was. Carpets look good and my area rug looks so much better! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

A little over a month ago a water pipe burst in my house. It litterally flooded my house. I had no idea what to do, I thought all was lost. But, I called Like New Carpet Care (a company I had used in the past for carpet cleaning) and to my excitement, the owner assured me this was a problem his company could handle. I don't know exactly how they did it, but they did it! His employees came to my home, using different machines, over a couple days, and when they finished. . It looked better than it did before the pipe burst!! The technicians were kind, clean and professional. During and after the job, the owner himself stayed in contact with me. He came to inspect the job and called me more than once to check on my satisfaction with the job. Great work and professional, courteous employees! As I have before, I would highly recommend this company to anybody seeking any of their services!

Prior to the service call, I had a few questions regarding my condo's location on the 3rd floor. They were very prompt in their replies and assured me that their hoses would reach - which they did. They also were very accomodating when I had to reschedule the appointment. The tech was very considerate of getting water on the other areas of the floor and laid towels and wore booties. Since it was a "move-out" clean there was no furniture to move around, so it only took ~3 hours for 3 15x15 rooms. The carpets were clean and odor free and all visible dirt was removed. I purchased the $149 Angie's List special and was very pleased with their work.

They were here for about 3 days and showed me the progress each day. I could see with their meters the water that was coming out of the carpets. I was amazed at how the humidifier thing could work so well. Each day they came to look at progress, up date us and make sure everything was drying out. They were very professional and cleaned up all their mess when they finished. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend Like New for any water damage you might have.

Eric called to say he was 15-30 minutes away. Arrived right at 1 pm which was the scheduled appointment time. He was courteous and professional. Asked about areas of concern, then got right to work. I couldn't believe the results. Carpet looks "like new" and I am ready for the holidays!

Personnel arrived well within the agreed upon time. They worked quite diligently and completed their work in about an hour and a half. They were very conscientious.

Eric arrived promptly at the arranged time, and called 45 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived we thoroughly looked at all of the areas to be cleaned with the stains and high traffic areas that needed extra work reviewed. Eric then pretreated and shampooed carpet in all of the areas, doing extra spot removal as he went. After he was done cleaning, he went around to all areas placing plastic sheets between any areas of damp carpet and wood furniture. Eric was very professional and did his work in an extremely efficient manner. Great Job!!

I took advantage of a Best Deal with this company. Dane arrived and we initially did a 'walk-through' each room so I could point out high traffic areas needing the most cleaning. Dane worked hard to make sure each room was cleaned the best it could be! He was very thorough and performed a high quality job. My carpets haven't looked that good in 14 years! The level of professionalism, responsiveness and quality demonstrated by Dane and this top notch company was outstanding. I will give the highest recommendation to anyone considering them.
