Like New Carpet Care

The process was great to set up. However, we do not need these services anymore as we are replacing the entire carpet with wood floors.

The 2 technicians were very prompt and very professional. They did an amazing job! They even removed stains that were on the carpet around the door frames that were there when we had moved in a year ago! We will definitely use their services again in the future and would recommend them to everyone!

They called within 20 minutes of the start of the three hour window they said they would call and told me they were 1/2 hour away. They arrived within that 1/2 hour period and surveyed the work to be done (took about 5 minutes). Then they started cleaning (I had previously moved all the furniture except three large recliners). They applied a pre-cleaner and used a brush to scrub the areas that were really soiled and then they used the truck mounted cleaner to removed the dirt from all of the rooms to be cleaned. This process only took about an hour. They also had a fan to help dry the carpet when they were done cleaning it. The workers were courteous and professional. I will use them the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Prompt , very professional. They addressed all of my concerns. Rooms all looked good. No problems I spoke to soon. The next morning what I thought to be roller marks ,was indeed dirt streaks. I called and they responded with apologizes and scheduled to come and fix problem. As they promised came back and fixed problem areas. The streaks are gone. Always very kind and professional.

Eric arrived early. He was very courteous and worked efficiently. He mad sure the work was done to our satisfaction.

Good enough. But could not get rid of age related stains

The provider showed up on time. He was a friendly guy. It took him about an hour and a half as previously discussed. The price made sense. For three rooms, it was $99. The quality was not excellent, but was very good. I'm happy with their services and will use them in the future too.

It went OK. My wife was at home at the time. We have no complaints.

Excellent experience with these folks. JR responded quickly to my voicemail and even followed up the next day (Sunday) of a holiday weekend to make sure we got on their calendar for carpet cleaning service the next week. The fellow who came out to perform the work did an excellent job and was able to remove some tough stains. I would definitely recommend this business and use them again.

Like New Carpet Care is just a wonderful service company. 1) Making appointment was easy. JR answers the phone himself, so you are dealing directly with the owner as far as pricing quotes, scheduling, etc. 2) The technician, Eric, arrived at exactly at the appointed time and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Eric explained what he was going to do and set right to work. 3) Our items had been in storage for several years and were very dusty, dirty and in need of cleaning -- Frankly I didn't expect the finished product to turn out as well as it did -- We were delighted with the outcome and the service. Worker was very polite. We discussed the work to be done, he started and finished in under 4 hours. Carpet and tile was still wet, but currently looks good.

The job was done quickly and professionally. He went through the house afterwards to discuss trouble spots and to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. I will use them again.

This was my first experience with "LIke New Carpet Care" and it definitely will not be my last. They gave me a hour window time frame of when they were expected to arrive and I got a call about 25 minutes before hand telling me how far they were. The technician that came to my home was Eric and he was great. He was extremely professional and courteous. He did an excellent job on my carpet and I was thoroughly pleased. He even spent some extra time on the high traffic areas to do his best to get them to the best condition possible. This service wasn't trying to nickel and dime me but they honestly wanted to provide top service. This is definitely a company that understand that good service with a quality reputation can take you far.

He was a nice and hard working youngman. He made sure the furniture and rug looked better than they have in years. I was really pleased with the carpet and stairs. He was careful of my walls and the corners in my house. He did a great job.

The guy arrived I showed him the rooms to clean he got his equipment out. Pulled the hoses up the stairs, the hoses scrapped my newly painted posts on the stairs, so I asked if he had guards for the posts and he did so he put those on. The first room he started to clean he was going around the furniture so I asked him if he was going move the furniture and he said didn't normally do that. I asked where the pads were to go under the furniture that I had requested and he didn't know at first, then remembered some little pieces of plastic which he placed under the furniture I had to move to get him to clean under. Once he was done I checked somethings upstairs, he went outside to the truck then went upstairs without any booties on his shoes thus tracking in dirt all the way up the stairs. I asked him if he had booties, he said that he did but they were worn out so he didn't use them. I had him redo the stairs because it still looked dirty, it still did not come clean. So I paid him and let it go. The owner called asked what happened and I explained the situation and he offered to give me 3 rooms cleaned free with the purchase of the whole house being cleaned, if I would try them again. I'm sorry but I can get that type of offer from almost any carpet place and get better service. In fact, a month later I called another carpet cleaner that I had used previously to clean the stairs because they had gotten the stairs really clean when I had used them before. The stairs came out almost new looking, a big big difference from the brown stairs that Like New Carpet Care had left me with.

JR was courteous and respectful when I called to setup the appointment and called to confirm the day before to ensure we were aligned. The technician (Eric) was on time and took the time to thoroughly review the service that I was requesting before beginning to clean and deodorize the carpet. Eric took his time to clean each room to our satisfaction and was completely courteous throughout the service and cleanup process. Although we did not request it, I did notice he wore covers over his shoes. I was very impressed with the professionalism throughout the process and the carpets look fantastic! I would recommend Like New Carpet Cleaning to others.

Went really well. When I called the company the owner JR answered the phone and was very courteous and knowledgeable. They came out the next day to clean the carpet. They were on time, very professional and did a great job. The carpet was clean and the cat urine smell was gone!! I would definitely recommend and use this company again!!! Thank You "Like New Carpet Care", It's not easy these days to find a company that knows what they're doing, is professional, courteous and prompt!!!!

The whole process was fast and easy. The technician showed up on time and performed the work as described in a professional and friendly manner. We did have them come back out to fix a few trouble spots, which they did without question. Overall they were a pleaseure to deal with and we would use them again.

We called ahead of time and asked many questions about our floors and went into great detail about what we need to be completed. The owner of the company told me they were able to complete what we needed and they are experts at what we needed. The technician was really nice and started his work. After a little while he spoke to my wife and said the floors are not cleaning well but he was going to do his best. A little while longer he came back to my wife very upset and showed my wife the floors were getting rings on them from the machines and that he doesn't think he could really do the job. He packed up and left. We received a call from the owner saying that this was unusual and that the floors probably have some type of coat on them that they have never seen. He asked us to pay for a chemical to strip the floors and they would come back and try again. The next day the same technician came back and after about an hour he came back and said it was not working and they cannot help us. He left and we had to get a hold of the owner. Once we got a hold of him, he was telling us it was something they never ran into before and he has been consulting with another expert in the field and they would have to use razor blades to scrape all the floors to get it clean and to seal it. He then told us that the cost would be much higher. We weren't willing to go any further with this company! The owner said, sorry we weren't able to help you but since we weren't able to get this job done, we can clean your carpets for what you paid. At this point we knew we threw away our money and the sad part was the floors where in really rough condition and started pealing. The pealing started sticking to our feet and pets feet. Those peelings started traveling all over the house and making a mess. We interviewed several other companies after this who all said they could fix floors and none of them included razor blades. We hired another company who fixed our floors and now they look great!!! Like New Carpet Care did not refund our money (which we are really upset about) and we have been sharing our experience with others.

They did a great job. Right on time. Did excellent work and were right on budget.
