Like New Carpet Care

From scheduling the initial appointment to getting the service performed, everything went seamlessly. Erick from Like New Carpet Care arrived on time, was courteous, and did an initial walk through of the house. He asked me about specific stains/dirty areas and gave me a bottle of stain remover for future occurrences. He was open with me, stating that areas where there was pet urine would initially smell stronger and that certain spots were discolored from cleaning products. After the job was done, he asked me if there were any areas I was unhappy with; he did such a good job I didn't have to ask for any areas to be re-cleaned. Some areas that that I initially thought were discolored actually cleaned out! The whole job took about an hour. Hours later as the carpets are dry, they look phenomenal. I would highly recommend this business to others seeking carpet cleaning services.

Realtor was impressed - stains were removed that had been there for years (before we rented the property). House smelled fresh and by the time we arrived the carpet was dry. Vendor called several times to confirm times, etc. I was very pleased with experience and would use them again.

He did a beautiful job. They sent one tech and he did a thorough job. I was pleased. It took about 3 hours to do. He cleaned the downstairs tile which included the dining room, entry hall, kitchen, and a hallway, and the upstairs bathroom. He had the right equipment which impressed me. He put the rugs back down after the cleaning dried. He put on booties before he came in too.

I would not hesitate to use them again. Best carpet cleaning service I have ever used.

Showed up when they said they would. Very professional and courteous. Moved furniture as required to clean entire rug surface. Removed years of dirt from older carpet - could feel the difference in carpet pile when carpet completed drying. Softer with more cushioning. Could not get out all the stains since some were apparently due to previous owners using a bleach product to clean some areas. Overall very good service.

This is a great company to use. I would recommend them and I will use them again! They were able to come out right away and remove a VERY badly stained carpet! And the price was great--very reasonable and accommodating!!

Josh (?) did a great job! I wasn't able to be there and he called to let me know about stains he couldn't remove (they were there when I moved in...) as well as letting me know that I was above the square footage that I purchased on Angie's list. So there were NO SURPRISES! He called me after to let me know he was finished and even asked if he could open the windows to "air" it out a bit. Prior to them coming, they contacted me right away and worked with me to schedule a time that was convenient to me. My new house doesn't have a lot of carpet, but I know that I will defiantly use them and recommend them to anyone that needs a good carpet cleaning. Honest, reasonably priced and professional!

Did a great job. Even pet stains that I thought would never come out either are gone or now very faded and less noticeable. On time, in and out and very friendly.

The experience was okay. I had asked them to do my couch and chair, and the person did a half job on that. Before he left, I showed him how he did, and he came back, and he did it better. If I hadn't shown him, he would have taken the money and gone. I had purchased a big deal for the service, and I paid an additional $75 for the couch and chair. I didn't understand why he wanted to shortchange me like that.

They did a nice job cleaning my carpets. They called before they arrived to give me a better eta. The guy was very professional, and cleaned two rooms, hallway and stairs in appx. one hour. He added stain guard to help prevent any further stains on my carpet in the future. He was very nice and courteous.

I've had Like New Carpet Care out twice for carpet cleaning. The guys always do a really good job, and are pleasant and professional. Will certainly call again if/when I need them, and I very much recommend.

I contacted JR, the company's owner, and he explained to me that the process he preforms is only for ceramic tiles and my tiles were Mexican tiles that require a completely different process to clean and seal. He was polite, courteous and professional and referred me back to Angie's List to cancel the Big Deal.

Two outstanding gentlemen arrived in a timely manner and provided additional rate for cleaning and sealing of all tiles. Worked in a prompt and professional manner while taking the time to answer questions and show differences and make comments along the cleaning process. All work completed in approx. 3 hours. Very good work...would not hesitate to have them back again.

It was fine and I have used them a couple of times now. They got the job done in about one hour. They sent one person out to do the job. The technician always has me check everything before he leaves in case anything was missed. I like the technician a lot and he does a very thorough job.

The technician was extremely helpful and professional. He addressed all my questions and took special care with some rather difficult soiled areas in the carpet. As a result, the carpets looked terrific. He also cleaned all the floor tiles. Again I was very happy with the results. It was really a pleasure to have such a conscientious technician working in my home.

I selected a vendor on Angie's List to clean the carpets. I contacted the vendor after Angie's List sent me the receipt with the vendor's name. I spoke to JR, the owner, trying to schedule the service for this week. He indicated that they were all booked up for this week. JR expressed that they may be able to service my carpets in the middle of next week or the following week.
