Like New Carpet Care

Dissapointing and frustrating that a company claiming to be focused on customer service, employs practices that are the opposite of that claim. When provided a price quote, I actually asked if there were any other costs/fees and I was told NO. It was not until before the rug was being returned, that I realized I was charged additional "administrative fees - like you find in tiny print on your cell phone bill. When I reached out to ask about it, I was told it was unfortunate that I was not informed, but that it was MY fault that I did not catch it on the invoice. As well, they went on to say that the administration costs allow them to keep the costs down! Does that make Any sense to anyone!?! And they Have to charge extra fees, because they have administrative people to pay! Don't all companies have support staff? I choose companies based on honesty and transparency. This company does not care about that based on my experience.

Very well. Keelin, the associate was very professional. Identified himself, walked through the property to identified areas of special attention and was very efficient in performing the cleaning. Second time I have used them and will use them in the future. Much better result at a significantly lower price than national competitors.

The whole experience was terrific! I could immediately see the difference in our rugs when they were returned. They did such a terrific job and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Great customer service.

They did clean the carpet and I was totally satisfied with the way they cleaned the carpet, but when I made the appointment with them to clean the carpet, I asked specifically who the person would be that would come out and clean the carpet. And they totally sent another fellow. I thought they should have at least called to let me know that, that they were sending somebody else because strangers at the door and all at. The other thing though that was really strange was he came with a big truck to clean my carpet. And he got in already, pulled his stuff into the house then he disappeared into the driveway. I went out there and my husband went out there as well. I said, "What's the matter?" And he said, "Can you send your husband out there to jumper my truck? My battery is dead." I said, "No. I don't think he'll use my car to jumper your truck. I don't even know you." I thought that was out of the water. He had to call another truck to come out. I don't even know this kid. I don't know if he knows how to do that. What if he blew up my car or something? He could blow up our battery if he doesn't know how to do it properly. I told the owner about it. He called me the next day and asked me how the job was. I told him the carpet cleaning was fine and I told him these other things but he just kind of brushed me off. I hate to give somebody a bad report either because they did a good job. First of all, he should have called me and told me. It was a just a quick phone call: "We're sending a different person to clean your rug." I think he should have a name tag or something. It would have been an improvement. And he seemed a nice enough kid but I think he should have come in and told me, "I'm having a problem with my truck and I'm calling to get another truck." You shouldn't even approach us to jumper your truck. That was ridiculous. As far as the service that they did, it was fine. He did a nice job cleaning the rug once he got straightened it out. It was a fair price.

Like New Carpet Care was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The tech called ahead and was right on the dime arriving. Kris was professional and easy going. I had approx 500 sq.ft of carpet and over 800 sq.ft of tile which was all done impeccably. Painless and no regrets using Like New carpet Care.

They did a fair job. There was a spot that I told them that they didn't get out. He went so fast. He did a lot of carpet in an hour and I was concerned, cause I have cats and they throw up. I clean it up but I know it needs to be sanitized and I didn't see how he did it all in an hour. He did it, so we will see.

Had just moved into a rental property, and the past tenants ruined the carpet. Like New carpet cleaning not only cleaned the carpet, they cleaned the grout and tile to pristine condition. They even left an air blower behind to help speed up the drying process. I have used many cleaning services over the years, and they are by far the best I've ever used.

Was an average cleaning job. To be honest, the job I paid for was more than I needed (I only needed a few area rugs cleaned and some touch up in an area or two) which was fine with me, but my rugs seemed to have a dirty hue to it and when the guy left, he never cleaned up the water left on my tiles around the rugs, which actually was quite a bit of water. I ended up calling out another cleaner to redo 2 of the rugs.

I have used Like New several times in the past to have my carpet and tile floors cleaned and have always had great results. I always get great customers service and will continue to use them going forward.

There was an extra charge for a small section of the great room. The carpets came out streaked and blotchy. I rented a professional carpet cleaner for under $60 the next week and did it myself, the carpets cleaned up nice.

3 of the bedrooms were cleaned well. However, the master was still heavily stained. We waited until it was dry to be sure it was not just the wetness showing. By morning, we knew it was not a satisfactory job. We called, and the technician returned. He spent a good long time working on it and seemed have surprised himself for being able to remove the stains. He admitted that some extra elbow grease really helped.

They did an excellent job. We like Mike.

One man team, so could not move settee nor dining table. We found that only some of the light furniture, chairs, were moved and that long sliding glass door drapes were not opened so that carpet alongside doors was not done until we pointed this out. Regret we would not recommend this operator.

They didn't get everything out, they claimed they could but they really didn't. They were in and out. I am handicapped and so, I don't trail behind these people when they do this stuff. It was pretty good but not the best. I would recommend that they get the stains out that they claim they can get out. Responsiveness was good.

All stains, including pet stains, were cleaned. Even stains left by another company were removed. They arrived on time and were very professional.
