Like New Carpet Care

Our company hadn't had the carpets cleaned for a while. Not only was there office wear and tear on the carpets, there was also dog damage. I made our appointment on short notice, but I was able to get an early appointment. They gave me a window of 8-9am & the owner, JR, was here exactly at 8am, He had 615 feet of carpet cleaned and looking great within an hour and thirty minutes. We will definitely have him back to do the rest of our office in the next month.

We had some stains in three of the bedrooms that we wanted to clean up before we moved. Like New Carpet Care was easy to schedule and was there when they said they would be. All of the stains that we were concerned about came up and the carpets looked great.

Like New Carpet Care did an outstanding job cleaning my couch that had many months of stains (we have 3 small kids at home). The couch looked brand new by the time he got done cleaning it. Very pleased with how the carpets turned out as well. Would definitely recommend them to friends!!!

The job completed was fantastic! Not only did they accommodate my schedule since I had a pet accident on my carpet (next day appointment!!) but they were on time too!! The gentleman who cleaned the rugs was especially kind, professional and courteous. I will ABSOLUTELY use them next time we need our carpets cleaned. I would rate them an A++.

Like New Carpet Care, showed up on time and did a great job. You could see that the Tech that did the floors really took his time to make sure that you the customer were happy with his results.

Josh was our service technician and he was excellent! He called before he came to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He made sure everything was perfect and to our satisfaction before he packed up his equipment. ley We will definitely use Like New Carpet Care again, requesting Josh as our technician!

Like New Carpet Care did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. They were noticeably cleaner afterwards. I would use them again or recommend them to anybody. We received a call back a couple of days later to see if we were satisfied with the work.

They did a wonderful job. I have never seen my ottoman so clean. They were on time and clean and very professional. We will definitely use them again.

I made the appointment with JR directly and was told to expect someone between 1 and 4n Saturday. I received a call on Friday confirming service and time. I received a call again Saturday morning confirming time and finally I was called by the tech about 15 minutes beforehand stating that he was on his way. This was pure diligence and I felt totally informed. I had no doubt in my mind I was in for a treat. Josh showed up and was very conscientious of my home, booty's on and a towel to wipe his feet any time he stepped in the house. I felt that I was the only client they had for the day and that they gave me all the attention I needed. I have only cleaned the carpets in the house once before as it is only three years old. The reason for the cleaning was that we have pets and they are like having kids. Josh spoke to me about what he was going to do and I asked about other services. I elected to add Scotch Guard to our most used room and the upcharge was ten bucks. Yes, I said $10.00! I have used the guys in the yellow truck several times over the years and I always thought they knew what they were doing. But as long as Like New Carpet is in business; they will be my preferred vendor from now on. Josh did an excellent job and I was sincerely happy that he was very meticulous as if it were his own home. Thank you JR for a wonderful product; Thank you Josh for a wonderful job. I highly recommend Like New Carpet Care and hope you will like them as much as I did.

Special kudos to the actual fellow who provided our service that day! He was most professional and certainly a conscientious worker!

UNFORTUNATELY i NEEDED IT THE SERVICE FOR TODAY AND THEY WERE BUSY. I DO UNDERSTAND.

He worked very hard pretreating carpets, steam cleaning them and brushing with a broom/rake.

The service tech did an entirely satisfactory job of steam cleaning the sofa and love seat.

Josh explained to us how he would perform this job. He was very well prepared. He did this in a very timely manner but didn't rush, taking the time to do a quality job. We appreciate Josh's experience in knowing how to do a great cleaning job!! The manager/owner of Like New Carpet Care did a follow-up call to verify if we were pleased. Of course!!

Eric, the technician was wonderful: Did a thorough job on old carpet. Removed odor completely. Removed soiled stains in high traffic areas very well Very polite and professional Will definitely use them again.

JR was very helpful and explained upfront that area rugs can be tricky and that depending on the material, it may not be able to be cleaned at all but was willing to schedule. Technician called 40 minutes prior to arrival and arrived 10 minutes early. Evaluated the rug and determined it could be cleaned but did inform me that the stains on the hard backing (underneath) would probably not come off. He worked for over an hour and went over the entire rug at least three times. The results were great, it is so much cleaner and looks brand new. He was correct about the stains underneath, it's better, but they are still there. Regardless, I appreciate the honesty and can live with slight staining on the bottom of the rug versus purchasing a new one! The rug was expensive and I'm very grateful that for $75 I can feel comfortable using my dining room again. I found the owner and the technician to be helpful, professional, punctual, and fairly priced. I would absolutely recommend.

Arrival time.....on schedule, very prompt with a 30 min. heads up call. I was not there at the time but was told the technician was very professional and extremely courteous. Took great detail on his work. Spent at least 2 hours taking care of certain stains and high traffic areas. Great deal from Groupons 99.00 /4 room special. Well worth it. The ONLY down side is when you're use to having Stanley Steamer do your carpets in the pass my carpets were never wet after 1 hour. This company's process did not dry for at least 6 hour with all ceiling fans on. But the outcome was PERFECT!! Main thing is my wife was not to happy with me going to another company but now she loved it. She was shocked to see how cleaned it was. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good quality cleaned carpet.

It was okay. After the one month the carpet looked the same.

This could not have been easier! The company sent over the most polite gentleman who was cautious of my furniture and checked in with me to be sure the job was to my satisfaction. They were easy to book, stood by their coupon (with no hard up sells), careful in my house, left nothing behind, and was beyond my satisfaction. I highly recommend you take a chance. I've also gone with the bigger companies but never will I go back!

Did a fantastic job, came on time, called 20 mins before arriving and was extremely courteous. We will be using them again.

He was fine. He charged more but I had a couple of other things done. I have no complaints.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I'd not heard of them before, but I gave them a shot and boy, was I pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the service, punctuality and politeness of the rep. The place had just been repaired and a couple of the rooms were smelling moldy, but he came in with the protective booties over his shoes, which I liked very much; did a thorough job in a timely manner and left the place smelling clean and fresh again. I would hire them again and give them 5 stars. Thank you for the great service.

After a tenant left the carpet in a terrible condition, I challenged Like New Carpet Care to see if they could get it clean. The technician arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Almost all the stains were removed. I cannot fault them for the few stains that remained. Ink and wine stains that have sat for months just can't come out. The technician was courteous, was excellent about explaining the process and took his time to do a great job. I will definitely use them again.
