Like New Carpet Care

I was very impressed with every aspect of the business from contact through execution.

Well, I had used this company before and they remembered me when I left my condo and moved to my house...after walking around, he informed me that it would have been better if I had called directly, (other places said that the two rooms were actually considered 3-4, due to size...) that the deal was too much for the space I needed cleaned (WHO DOES THAT?!)...He felt so bad he cleaned all my area rugs! They did a great job and were incredible, I will definitely be calling them...direct even!

Josh showed up on time, was very nice and completed the job wonderfully! I would use their company and ask for Josh again!

Eric did an excellent job. The staircase was especially challenging and it does look as if new! Removed tough stains in the master bedroom. Will definitely use thisservice again.

It was a pleasure from beginning to end. They were flexible, professional, nice, and, most importantly, good. They took out 2 stains that have been there since I bought the place 8 years ago.

The service provider was right on time and very professional. He was well trained in his skill and I felt confident in his ability to perform the work, even before he started. He answered all our questions with out having to over think his answers. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They came out cleaner than we had anticipated. If we need our carpets tended to in the future we will be calling on them to do the work.

I normally have my carpet shampooed every 3 ½ months because I have two large animals and I don?t like a clean house to smell of dogs. When I lost my regular carpet cleaner to his back issues, I delayed a little before choosing a replacement. I admit, I had high expectations of ?Like New Carpet Care? due to the 300+ outstanding reviews they received but unfortunately my carpet still smells of dogs. I would say about a little less than half the intensity prior to it being shampooed. Also, parts of my carpet didn?t dry until the next day (18-24hrs) which never happened before. The reason I rated them a B vs a C is that I did delay about 5 ½ months to have my carpets ?cleaned? and coupled with my high expectations may not be fair in rating their effectiveness. Also, the pricing of 4 rooms (800 sq ft) for $99 is very competitive and Eric (I think that's his name) was a sweet-heart. I may try them again in 3 months to re-evaluate but for the time being I believe the B rating might be slightly generous. Should have updated my original review earlier but didn't realize I could...LESS than two weeks after the carpet "cleaning" by "Like New Cleaning", I utilized my own carpet shampooer to try and eradicate the smell that was still present after their service. I was shocked to see how much dirt I extracted and YES the smell I referred to in my original review was completely & immediately eliminated. As such, I will never use, nor will I ever recommend Like New Carpet to anyone at any price. I would like to note that they did respond to my earlier review with excuses that odors can be absorbed into the walls and furniture, etc. rather than re-visiting the service to see if perhaps they can do something to correct it! I'm sure a follow-up response from them will refer to the many "excellent and satisfying customer" reviews they receive(d) but it does not change the results of the service they rendered me.

Like New Cleaning was able to schedule an appointment which fit in the limited time I had to get the carpets clean and with the only dates I could be present. The technician arrived in the first half of the appointment window. After a quick review of the areas to be cleaned along with noting one or two specific spots, he set up and got right to work. Once the cleaning was complete, a review of the work was performed to ensure things looked satisfactory. The carpets looked much better than the initial state the prior owners left them in. The technician was very personable and made every effort to explain what was to be done and what to do after as the drying took place. Very happy overall.

The carpet cleaning was done at our home in Orlando and I have not seen the results yet so I don't feel qualified to rate them.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Could not have imagined service and results this great...and on 25 yr. old carpeting! The appt. set up was easy, and very professional. I immediately got all the clues that this was a well-run business. The cleaning work was done by Eric, who called 15 min. away, arrived on time and went to work on my pale, but very well-used carpeting, 4 rooms, a hall...and an additional room I added. Eric was polite, hard working, kept me in the loop on what he was doing and why... and the results were way beyond my expectations. I will definitely spread the word to neighbors, friends and family. LIKE NEW CLEANING is definitely the right name for this company. Thank you J.R, Eric and Angie's List !!!

With a new tenant moving into my rental in three days, I called Like New Cleaning two days before I needed a carpet and tile cleaning. I was able to schedule a cleaning within two days and given a window of between 3:00PM and 6:00PM. At 2:30PM on the day of the cleaning, technician Eric called to say he was on his way and would be there in twenty or thirty minutes. Promptly at 3:00PM, Eric showed up and I showed him the areas to be cleaned. He measured the areas, wrote up an estimate, and I then told him to proceed. After Eric finished the upstairs and stairway, he asked me to check his work to be sure it met my expectations. When I told him that it did, he proceeded to clean the downstairs area. As he finished the tile areas, he went over the overly-wet spots with a towel to facilitate the drying process. A few things about Eric: He was dressed professionally, conducted himself professionally, was extremely polite, and he worked; he clearly has a good work ethic. If all Like New Cleaning employees are like Eric, then you will be very pleased with them.

Showed up on time. Did a good job. Did not complain. Will use again.

Josh was our technician and he was outstanding! I believe he went above and beyond in his level of service. He went over some of the higher traffic areas four times to make sure it looked great. A professional and hard working man, he cared that the job was done right. He understood that cleaning all the carpets in the house was a big deal for me and something I had wanted to do since I moved into my home a year and a half ago. I appreciated that he was on time and called to give me a half hour's notice that he would in fact be at our house at 8am like we scheduled. Like New Carpet Care gets my highest recommendation and I would not have found them if it were not for Angie's List. Thank you so much, Josh for your excellent work - we are all so happy with our brand new carpets!

I called on a Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday. Called on Monday to let me know the approximate time they would be at our house and called again when they were on their way. Explained the services they offered, provided me with a bottle of cleaner for future spot spills. Polite, Efficient and did a good job cleaning the stains and traffic wear on all carpets cleaned.

They emailed me to confirm time and date they were coming. They called me on the day of service and let me know when to expect them. They arrived on schedule. Very pleasant worker. Very efficient. Did excellent work.

He was right on time and very courteous and professional. He asked if I had any concerns and explained what he was going to do. He finished the job in the time frame and we couldn't be happier with the results and the price. The carpet looks like new again. I would definitely recommend like new carpet care to anyone! The cost was only $125.00. my keyboard wouldn't open to put the cost where it asked for it.

Josh did a wonderful job, he was on time, curteous and very proffessional. The carpets looked great afterward. I definitely will hire this company again and request Josh.
