Like New Carpet Care

The young man was extremely professional and was exactly on time. The carpets came out better than we ever hoped for. Definitely will use them again real soon.

Service was great. Called them and scheduled the appointment. Was advised that they worked on Saturday which worked out very well for us. Technician arrive right on time as promised. He was very neat, quick and efficient. Only took him about 40 minutes. Rugs looked like new. We would certainly use this company again.

I purchased this through the website and was contacted the same day. We scheduled the cleaning for Monday 06/08/2015 between 1 and 4 PM. At 12:30 PM I received a text that Eric was in route. He arrived shortly thereafter. Eric was very professional. He gave a free bottle of spot remover and said if we run out call the office and they will send another free one. He was polite and had a professional demeanor and appearance. He was very knowledgeable of his work. He wore booties over his shoes and used corner protectors for the hoses. He did a fantastic job cleaning and deodorizing the apartment. We are actively looking for a house and if our new house needs the carpets cleaned I will use Like New Carpets again. My experience from Angie's List search to first contact to completion of the job was very stress free and absolutely seamless and accomplished with ease and professionalism. I am very happy!

Josh was my technician and he was great. He arrived early (when does that ever happen?) He listened to what I wanted and he went right to work. He did a great job and my carpeting looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

A young man arrived on time to do the carpet cleaning. He was very nice and accommodating, but the cleaning was mediocre and worse, the stairs now have dark edges, which they didn't have before. I mentioned it at the time, but he wasn't experienced enough to know what to do to fix this. I also used Like New for housecleaning a few times. Two women arrived on time and cleaned well. The 2nd time, one of the women arrived with a different person, who was not conscientious at all. Later, I learned that the owner fired the two women who had done the best job for me, so I stopped using the service. During the 2nd house cleaning appt, a mirror was broken by one of the cleaners and I really appreciated that Like New owner, J.R., had it fixed professionally and well right away.

Dave was punctual and professional. He did a thorough job and most of the stains lifted. I appreciated the text messages that kept communication about the estimated arrival time. The company quickly contacted me after buying their coupon through Angie's List.

Josh was awesome, arrived earlier than scheduled at the last minute on my request due to a meeting conflict, so I appreciated that. Carpets looked great, took the extra time to get all the pet hair up. The ladies that performed the house cleaning were also very polite and professional and did a good job. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager came with them to review everything and meet me in person as well.

First contact was easy and seamless. We scheduled a date for the cleaning. A few days before they sent me an email confirming the visit and with a list of things I should expect and/or do prior to the visit. They called half an hour before they arrived. Upon arrival they were friendly. They scoped out the areas and described what they were going to do. They had me fill out some paperwork and went straight to it. After the cleaning was done he described some challenging areas and suggestions for what I should do. The carpets looked great and I'm very happy with it.

I received an email the day before the service reminding me, a text the morning of my service to let me know the tech was in route, and a personal follow up call the day after the service to ensure my satisfaction. The company's representative was very methodical with his work. In addition he was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. A few days later I got a call from the manager asking me if I was satisfied with the job, which meant a lot since companies rarely do that anymore. I strongly recommend this company.

Eric Rouse was assigned to my job, and he was very punctual. He went over what I wanted done, we reviewed the stains and high traffic areas, and he indicated he would do his best with a few of the stains, which I expected. He proceeded to get the job started. He was very respectful of the wood floors throughout the rest of the house and careful to wipe up any water. He pretreated and cleaned all the carpet. Then he went back to some of the traffic areas and stains to treat and clean again. I was amazed at how nicely they came out, considering the age of the carpeting. I was very pleased with the results. Eric was a very pleasant young man and a pleasure to do business with. I could highly recommend this service, and I will use them again without doubt.

Josh showed up on time, was professional and most important did an AMAZING job. 10 year old tile and grout looked brand new when he was done. I was so excited. The carpet cleaning was awesome!!! It was very affordable as well.

Eric did a great job! He was on time, worked efficiently, completely removed pet stains in several rooms and asked for my feedback twice on his work before completing the job. It did take the whole day for carpet to completely dry, but it looked 100% better than before he came.
