Was contacted shortly after I bought the deal, and it was easy to set up the appointment. I was texted the morning of the appointment confirming that Rick, the carpet technician was on time. Rick was very professional and friendly and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had several pet stains and they were all cleaned; our carpets look brand new. Like New Cleaning did a follow-up phone call to check how the job went. Very happy with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Amazing Work! They never disappoint. I've used them several time and I am always very satisfied. From the start of just making the appointment, they send you emails reminders and even text to let you know they are on the way. Rick Lopez called to confirm prior to appointment. Rick was extrodinarily professional, personable and conscientious. He was on time, did a phenomenal job and was able to remove all the stains. Initially I was going with a Groupon ad, but decided to pull up "A" rated companies on Angies List to compare. Like New Cleaning came up well ahead of it's competitors. Mike, the phone rep was equally personable and professional...very flexible to accomidate our needs. I will absolutely use this company in the future. Best value, best workmanship. We closed on our new home at 10:00 AM on a Friday and had a very tight schedule before we moved our furniture on Saturday. Like New Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning worked with us to get the house move in ready. A crew of 3 came for the total house cleaning and later in the afternoon the carpet cleaner came and did all the carpets in the house. He worked into the early evening on a Friday! Both cleanings from this company were thorough and professional. I had used Like New Carpet Cleaning a couple of months ago at our apartment and was so impressed we called them for our new home. We were worried we would not be ready for our move but they worked magic on short notice and got the job done and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Like New Cleaning company for your house cleaning and carpet cleaning services.

We are remodeling our home and most of our furniture had to be moved to the garage, I called Like New Cleaning to see if they could clean my area rugs and sofa outside and in my garage. I was told they would be able to do this for me and then clean the grout and tile in my kitchen and breakfast area. We scheduled the work for 8/26/15 with a window of 8:00 to 9:00. I got a reminder email and on the morning of the scheduled work, I got a text message and a phone call when the technician was on his way. Due to traffic, Rick arrived around 8:50 a.m. We went through the work to be performed both inside and outside.and he got to work. He quickly finished the rugs and sofa and I was very impressed. We have both dogs and cats, so the rugs and sofa needed a good cleaning. He then went inside and measured the tile and gave me the price. He got to work on the kitchen. Our wood floors had just been refinished, so he was very careful to place his equipment on the blankets and towels I provided. He finished the tile and put a fan on the floor to help with drying. He also used his towel to spot dry the floor. Overall I was very impressed with the work and the professionalism of Rick. He told me they just started servicing the Tampa area over the past few weeks and I was glad to be one of the early customers.

Josh was on time, did a fabulous job---got out old stains and new---and was finished in less than 2 hours! I would definitely have them back! The company communicated with me at every turn---acknowledging the appointment, reminding me that they would be here, and texting me when he was on his way. Couldn't ask for more! I Highly recommend Like New!

This is a real professional company. I am very happy with the service they performed. What distinguishes them from other vendors is that they were NOT LATE, and they kept their word on the schedule they provided. This seems to be a foreign concept to so many other vendors and subcontractors! In addition, their work is excellent. The crew performing the work was punctual, professional, courteous, and they did their job fast and without creating a mess. Again, how I wish other vendors would do the same. I am very happy to recommend "Like New Cleaning" to my friends and coworkers, and will certainly use them again in the future!

Carpet cleaning technician, Josh, arrived promptly on time and started the carpet cleaning service soon after arrival. Josh did an excellent job getting all the carpet in all the rooms of our apartment cleaned and looking great! We were really happy with the results! Happy with overall service and results from Like New Cleaning, and awesome customer service from carpet cleaning technician, Josh. Would definitely use Like New Cleaning again in the future!

This company called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very respectful of walls and furniture as to not damage them. They did a fantastic job; even removing stains. They cleaned up when they finished, and even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them without reservationn

Did a great job cleaning out our carpets. We had some high traffic areas that we weren't sure would get clean but they did a great job. They arrived within the specified time and did everything quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend them, they were excellent and professional! They had great follow-up and follow-through. I loved that they used wall bumpers to block the edges of the walls from being nicked by their hoses. A nice touch! They worked efficiently and covered the areas in the priority that was best for my family for the day and walked me through each room afterward to discuss anything relevant.

Texted 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived on time and started the job. We had just moved into this house so they were able to remove most spots and had the carpet looking like new. We would definitely use again!
