Unlike several other tile cleaners I called, Like New offers a discount per square foot for any job over 800 sq. ft. of tile. They gave me an estimate over the phone, which was a simple $.40/sq ft price. Since we were only looking for a deep cleaning, and didn't have any major issues to resolve, we went with this phone estimate. We were pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of all whom we dealt with. The tile is a natural terra cotta, with a variegated color, and the grout is dark....so while it looked cleaner afterwards it wasn't some dramatic effect. The house is new to us, so we wanted a deep clean before moving in, and that's what we got!

They were very prompt and texted and called that they were coming. The serviceman did a great job and explained pricing right up front. Was very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.

I can absolutely recommend this company for house celaning services with no reservation. The two peaple that were assigned to me were excellent. They arrived on time, with more supplies than Ihad seen any other company bring, for the job. They were thorough and very fast. They worked hard. They were so professional in look, language and work - it was a pleasure to have them caring for my home. They actually knew how to clean - I din't have to come behind them and point anything out to be attended to - again, what a pleasure. I have had a few cleaners in the last 20 years and these people were the tops. Two thumbs up - great credit to their employer.

Josh arrived at the scheduled time - reviewed with me what I wanted done and gave me a quote for the additional rooms beyond the coupon for 4 rooms at $99 on Angie's List. He was attentive to the comments I made and immediately went to work. He did a very thorough job and the house looks great.

I spoke with JR over the phone to make an appointment for a same or next day appointment. He was very accommodating to help me one get someone over asap. The carpet tech texted me about an hour before showing up on time (same day). The tech asked if I had any problem areas, cleaned around my furniture well and it only took him about 45mins! They did a great job and provided a great service.

Needed to get my carpet and rugs cleaned before someone moved in. Like New responded quickly and set up the appointment. Did not take them very long to complete the job. They were a bit hesitant to clean the rugs that were on hardwood flooring, but I told them that it was safe to do based on prior experience. I am glad they asked, though :-)

The person who attended me was courteous and personable. Overall, i am very pleased with the results. He made my old carpets look like new.

The employee called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and was on time. He was very courteous and professional. He asked me if I had any particular concerns on any of the rugs. I showed him the 4 bedrooms, one of which was a master bedroom with a small hallway. I told him I was ready to pay extra for the small hallway and the closets and he said no, that was part of their cleaning service and was not extra. In the past, I was always charged extra for the small hallway and to do inside the closets so I was very happy to hear this was part of their service. I had also been told by a company that I previously used that there were suds in my master bedroom carpet. The prior company asked if we had ever rented a machine to do the carpet and I said no, we always had them professionally cleaned. I told the young man today about this comment from the prior company and he thanked me for letting him know ahead. Well, as it turns our, my master bedroom carpet was not sudsy at all, much to my surprise because I was told this twice by a prior carpet cleaning company so I fully expected him to tell me about it today, but he said no there were no suds and it was just a thicker carpet, but nothing unusual. He felt it must have been a cleaner that the other company used. Anyway, I am very pleased with the results. I asked him not to bring in the big fans as that just gets my allergies going so I will crank up the air to dry the carpets. I can say that they are not nearly as wet as they have been in the past when the other company did my carpets. I will definitely be using them again.

The worker arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He paid attention to detail and was very thorough! The results were worth every penny of the cost. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I would certainly use them again. He cleaned the carpet in the large family room, large back bedroom and a walk in closet.

I love that this company responds to their Angies List emails regarding requested appointments, uses text messaging to confirm your appointment several days before, and texts to let you know when they are on the way. So convenient. For this reason alone I would use them again. The person cleaning the carpets experienced several mis-functions of the equipment but kept his cool despite this, and was on the phone fixing the parts before I even noticed there was a problem. So the cleaning took a little bit more time than maybe is normal, but I still thought it was very speedy. At the last minute I asked that an area rug be cleaned and we added on this service for a very reasonable extra fee. Drying time took a couple of days, but my cleaning was during a very high humidity period during the summer. Very happy with this company, and will use them again. Be aware they are based out of Orlando, but they service the entire Tampa Bay area - with just a few techs in Tampa right now, this may effect if there is a total equipment breakdown, as they would have to get replacement equipment and trucks out of Orlando - but expect the service to be prompt and friendly regardless. I received a text letting me know when Eric had left to get to my house and he called me when we was about a half hour out. Very good communication! Went through the house with me to look at any problem areas and did a great job throughout! Will definitely use them again!

Super easy to coordinate an appointment time. They were very patient while I was having to communicate via email while I was out of town. Tech called ahead and arrived right on time. He was very professional and informative. Carpets look great. I would definitely use them again.

Did a really great job, and knew how to clean spots that other companies had left from years earlier. Was prompt, professional, and quick. The whole house "feels" better with the clean carpet. Great job.

These guys are very responsive and very professional. They thoroughly cleaned three rooms and got out stains I didn't think would come out. The only drawback is that they give you a four hour window (at least for me) during which they will show up. I guess if you're the first appointment of the day then there wouldn't be such a big time slot. But in my case they showed up near the beginning of that window and so I didn't have to wait around for 3 or 4 hours.

Josh has steam cleaned the carpets and the couch before. He is punctual, courteous, and diligent. I trust him with the house and to do the job well and correctly. He was able to get out stains that were present for years. He is excellent. I will definitely always use this company for their services.
