Like New Carpet Care

I bought the carpet cleaning special, however we had gotten a new puppy and I was pretty sure that I would need to purchase additional services. Which I did! Very professional and would use again.

Eric was very professional and thorough. He checked for any spots requiring treatment before cleaning and then afterwards check again to make sure the carpet was clean. I was very pleased with the job.

Everything was fantastic. The technician provided many tips on caring for our new carpet, as well!

He was on time and very professional. He did a fabulous job in all areas. He notified me when he was leaving and left a free bottle of spot cleaner. I have used this service once before and am very satisfied with the results.

Rick did a great job with all items. I was especially amazed at how clean the kitchen floor turned out. It looks like a new floor. Carpet in the bedroom had some dirt stains, particularly by the entry, and now you'd never know they were there! He was courteous, professional and efficient. I will be scheduling another job next month.

We called and they were able to come the next day. They were professional and friendly on the phone and even worked to arrange a time that was good for us. Erik called when he was 15 minutes away. He walked through the house and listened to my requests and completed them. He was charming and professional and did the job very well. We would recommend them and use them again. They even called the next day to be sure we were happy with their work. I also liked that they left us a thank you letter, business card and magnet for the refrigerator as well as a bottle of spot remover which he said we could call and get refills for free.

Provider was polite and professional and called back right away. He came at time agreed upon and called prior to arriving. The carpets were cleaned well for being old and over all did a nice job.

Everything was done as they said it would be...on time, friendly, fast and efficient. The carpet was heavily stained. It now looks almost new. Terrific job. I will be using them again for carpet cleaning and other services they offer.

Our tile floor (700 sq ft) had not been cleaned for years. The young man did an excellent job and now the tile looks brand new! I would highly this company.

The carpets did not come clean. Spot did not look any different after I vacuumed. Provider acknowledge that their was nothing else that he could do. The equipment and chemicals did not work. I feel like I paid $149 for nothing.

It went great! I received a text when the tech was en route and he arrived at the promised time. The cleaning only took a little over an hour and there was no additional charge to the online price I was quoted.. Rick Lopez was very professional and did a great job. The carpet cleaner, Josh Roberts, was thoroughly professional. Took time to explain issues such as why specific areas of the carpet might temporarily look darker as it dried. Price was reasonable. We were entirely pleased and will certainly use this company again.

Carpets look clean and pet urine odor is gone.

The carpet cleaning was $99 and that was okay. The upholstery cleaning was $140 and I just did not think it was worth it. My kitchen chairs did not look that much better after and my couch was streaked a little bit, which I did tell them about. They told me that it was because it did not dry completely. When it dried completely it was not as streaked, but there were one or two streaks still there. Actually, they probably should have tested it out first before they did it, but it wasn't terrible. I just thought they could have done the chairs a heck of a lot better although the chairs were dirty. But, like it says on Angie's List they really clean like new -- everything looks like new. But, I can't say that is what I got. I had to ask them to move my couch, which was very light -- I could move it myself. I wanted them to get behind it and under it. They did not even move my shredder. What they did do was okay, but there are things that they just did not do. If they were not going to move furniture, they should have told me they were not going to move furniture. I had to ask him to move a light glass table in the den. When I called him directly he said they don't do it unless you ask and I said, well, how would I know that?

Excellent work and communication from the company. They were able to accommodate our schedule, showed up on time (with a phone call ahead of time), did a great job, and the owner called to make sure we were satisfied. Really focused on good work and good customer service. The Angie List reviews of this company are spot on.
