This is extremely unfortunate that this has been posted. I see you posted that i did not return your phone call, this is untrue, we spoke two times after you called and i did not answer initially for i was at a job cleaning for a satisfied customer. I called you back within 15 min of your missed call. I then went on to explain the preparation check list clearly states our bronze package (which you did not select, you chose a Bid Deal) or OTHER WISE STATED does not need to pre vacuum. On top of that the BIG DEAL clearly states WE do the pre vacuuming! I then explained this to you on the phone in detail. After you hung up on me, I called back a second time and again explained and apologized for miscommunication. I am not understanding the thought process of what posting an F on our review guide does for you, especially after we talk TWO times and i said i would happily offer the discounted rate to you. I am saddened by the end result of this situation, especially after our talk and you seem to assure me that everything was ok. I would happily attach the prep list if there was an option to do so....
