Description of Work: I purchased a deal from Angie's list for a grout cleaning and what a difference!! The bathroom floor really did look 'Like New'! The tile and grout are both white so the dirt on the grout really stood out before the cleaning. I am super happy with their work and professionalism. The technician that came was on time and friendly.

Description of Work: JR came out on short notice and cleaned three rooms of carpet and two lounge chairs. They were done beautifully and I will definitely use him again. He was efficient and professional. Showed up on time and wasted no time.

Description of Work: After buying Angie's list coupon and receiving the Big Deal coupon, I called the listed company. A man answered and said he would call me back which he did. We set a date, 5/29/13 and he said he would send me an email that listed the prep we were to do before he arrived. The prep is for using a coupon or purchasing their Bronze package.It included thoroughly vacuuming all the carpets and furniture and moving the furniture. There is more listed. I have never had a carpet cleaning service expect us to do this work. I called his phone, no answer. I called Angie's list to cancel and get a refund.

I would definitely recommend this company to others who need carpets cleaned and have high standards for cleanliness and professional services.

Description of Work: The Owner, J.R. showed up at the scheduled time, helped get the areas to clean ready. The carpets have been restored after my teenage kids and dog had done their best to leave them suitable for plant life.

He arrived at the time he said he would. He did just what he said he would do. A great job was done on our 16 yr old carpets. I would use this service again and I would recommend him to friends.

Description of Work: Great work, very knowledgeable, explained all the costs thoroughly. JR had the whole house and the furniture done in a couple hours. He has a full commercial setup with 230 degree sanitizing water temp. Carpets and furniture look great.
