Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies ...

I placed a call on the evening of 30 April. Leslies' technician showed on 1 May and did a "temp" fix, as well as ordered a replacement part (costs $109) that would take 5 days to receive. The temp fix did not last 24 hours. I called them up again, but they could not do anything. I did get a call from their corporate office on 5 May. The representative explained that she understood that it was still leaking and she had an opening on 14 May. I asked her about the status of the repair part and that timeline. She will have to get to me... I am a pretty easy person but this frustrating and should be a relatively simple fix!

Perfect. Our tech arrived promptly and spent about 1/2 a day getting the old equipment removed and the new installed. He was able to remove the tangled mess of 30 years of pipe patching to a clean run of minimal pipes. He made the water flow so efficient that we were able to reduce the speed of our variable pump so it didn't have to run as high.
