Description of Work: The house next to me is under foreclosure and the bank had paid a management company to come and clean it up. This included emptying the pool. Well they emptied the pool - which was full of frogs and muck (yuck!) RIGHT INTO MY YARD! They had no good excuses as to why they did this and seemed to think it was no big deal. He even told me "it's not like the world is over". So unprofessional - obviously didn't know what he was doing.
