 + -1 morePhil provided a drawing for our master bath remodel. We discussed the project wihich also inclued a kitchen remodel at length and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted several potential contractors and had intentions of selecting Kornerstone based off of my conversation with Phil. Then he fell off the map completely. He was supposed to provide a quote and we just never herad back from him. When I reached back out to him to ask about the quote he said that they he had other larger projects that he had to focus on. Our budget for the project was around $30-$35k but I guess that wasn't large enough. When I said I wish he wouldve said that upfront and not wasted my time he tried to blame the lack of communication on me claiming that I never emailed him the photos he had requested. He ended up apologizing after I produced the email that I had sent to him the same day we spoke a month prior.
