KGR PLUMBING

On Friday morning, 10/30/09, I discovered that both toilets and bathtubs were totally clogged. I called KGR Plumbing, whom we had used before, at approximately 9:00 am for help. I was told that a tech would call me when he became available, and that they would be able to fix my problem that day, but absolutely no approximate time. By 2:00 pm, no return call, so I called them . . answering machine only, so I left a message. By 4:00 pm, still no call, so I called them again. . . .answering machine again, so I left another message to see if they could, indeed, fix the problem today. No response. It is now Sunday, 10/1/09, and we have not heard a word from them. We did, however, find another plumber to fix the problem on Friday evening, no thanks to KGR.

They were prompt and they did a great job. They didn't charge me anything because they only had to tighten a screw. They were very nice.

Perfect service. I will definitely call them again.

First plumber didn't install a toilet correctly. KGR sent second plumber the next day to fix a leak. He did but couldn't stay because he found other problems would take too long to fix. A third plumber came out and had to take off the toilet and then install it again. He also cut some bolts shorter - something the first guy should have done but didn't. I had to reorder bolt covers from the toilet company because I believe the first plumber tossed them out (and then told me they didn't come with the toilet when I asked him about it). KGR was responsive when I called and didn't charge for the last two visits. I just wished they would have done the job correctly the first time.

Absolutely outstanding! Very prompt and very professional. Quality and concern for doing a great job. Bob was very responsive in scheduling appointments. I would refer everyone to KGR, and tell them to ask for Bob.

I WAS PANICKING A LITTLE BIT. I CALLED, AND RIGHT AWAY SOMEONE CAME. THEY REPLACED WHAT WAS BROKEN, AND THEY ALSO ATTACHED A FILTER FOR ME THAT MY HUSBAND DIDNT HAVE TIME TO DO. HE DID THAT AS AN EXTRA SERVICE. HE ALSO DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE FILTER. HE SAID THE PRICE WAS INCLUDED.

HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE REPAIRED THE FAUCETS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE NEW OUTDOOR SHOWER WAS A PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR NEW POOL.
