Couple of glitches that shouldn't have happened but they were made right. Overall, very cooperative, responsible and professional. Very meticulous. Everything was done "right." Outstanding results. Everyone who sees the new addition raves about it, even on subsequent visits. Hard to imagine that it could have turned-out any better.
Description of Work: Demo'd existing 450 SqFt screen porch. Reinforced footers on the porch slab. Added concrete to the slab to raise the level to that of the house floor. Constructed block walls, roof trusses, added metal roof, added insulation and dry walls. Tiled the concrete floor. Painted the dry walls and ceiling. Installed can lights and electrical outlets/switches in the room. Coordinated with a/c contractor to install a/c. Coordinated w/window contractor to install new windows and to relocate two large sliding glass doors. Installed gutters and soffit. Painted outside of new room. Installed wooden deck outside of room. Demo'd bathroom and installed new tub, dry wall, ceiling, lights, etc. Tiled the bathroom floor and walls.

It's a very nice room. We're satisfied with it. It's not perfect, but I don't think you ever get perfect.

KEN WAS HANDS-ON FROM START TO FINISH WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND STATUS REPORTS DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR CONCERNS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
Description of Work: HE BUILT DETACHED GARAGE WITH BONUS ROOM ADDITION AND OBTAINED ALL NECESSARY PERMITS.
