Just Docks

Mike is AMAZING!  Great work, great ideas and on top of it all he and his staff are awesome folks.  He is in constant communication; promptly replies to text messages and even though he can't be on my job constantly due to other jobs he always keeps things progressing.  He even sends photos of work progress when I'm at work.  Casual, easy going style; very personable.
We plan to continue having Just Docks do additional work so if there is more to add to our review we will.  So far we are happy to report that we couldn't be happier.  Be careful:  His ideas and workmanship are so good that you'll want him to keep doing more work!

 Horrible. Worst so called company i have ever dealt with!

I had hired Just Docks to replace a burnt out lift moter that I had on my dock for 6 years. Initially he was very responsive, said he could do it, and even got me a refurbished motor for $380. But after installing it, it did not work. After about 25 phone calls, and numerous visits to my house, the told me I had an electric problem that would take about $1800 to fix by adding an electric line to my dock. I told him that the previous motor worked fine for 6 years with the same electric. He then sent a non-certified electrician ( a friend of his) to my house. I told him, that I did not want someone that was not certified, especially electrical around water. Although I had a motor that worked well he insisted that the reason the motor that he installed did not work was because I needed more voltage going down the the dock. He argued with my certified electrician that I hired and he argued with me after weeks of trying to deal with this. McNally does not conduct busienss in a professional manner. Over a $380 motor he lost my business and left me in the lurch with a motor that does not work as he refused to return it. He hung up on me during our last conversation.
