Description of Work: I made the phone call after getting the number from Angie's list. A nice man came out and listened to what I wanted. He left without saying when I would hear from them again. Over a week went by when I finally got a quote in the mail. It was typed and had many things in it that I did not want to have done, so I felt the man did not listen to me. The quote was three times what I paid to have my bathroom done. The company never followed up on the letter. I felt that they were not interested in my workl
