They came in and did the work - all is working well.

They arrived on time, and had the issue diagnosed within about 15-20 minutes -- and the problem solved seconds later (a wire had become disconnected in the ceiling from the fixture). We were very happy with their work, their efficiency, and their professionalism. We would contact them again!

He installed a regular outlet instead of a GFI outlet, and it was close to water. When I went to the insurance company it was not up to code because it should've been GFI. I had to pay an additional $45 to have them come back out to fix it for the gas, but I don't think I should've had to pay that, because they should've known that it should've needed to be a GFI. I had him do some other work while he was there, like hanging a ceiling fan. I told him I would have him hang the ceiling fan, but when he showed up he didn't have the the box to anchor the ceiling fan. I also tried to have them install another fan switch, but they didn't know how to do it, so I had them install a dimmer switch. The dimmer switch is hanging out of the wall because they didn't finish screwing it into the wall. The ceiling fan is also very unsafe, he told me I couldn't use it because it is to the point that it can fall on your head. I have to have someone else come out to make sure it's secure. I just was not satisfied with much of the work that they did. They did fix 3 GFI outlets though, which are fixed properly.

They got the first fan working however they had left before I realized that they didn't wire it properly and I still need to pull the chains to turn it on and off. That fan took them a half hour of dinking around until after 15 minutes the power was finally turned off. Having another half hour left they said that the second fan wouldn't be as easy to get to cause it was closer to the ceiling and would need to charge me for another hour of service. I declined. So basically they ripped me off for 1/2 of work and the work they did was sub optimal.

Poor communication. Angie's list intervened but also couldn't get much response and finally gave me a refund

Technician was there on time. However, I think it took him a little too long to find a wire that was not grounded, which was the root cause to the issues I was having. Overall I'm satisfied with the work.

Not good. Never responded to my call.

The two person team worked diligently and made great use of the time. They cleaned up afterwards and I am completely satisfied with everything. Will definitely use again.

Technician arrived earlier than was planned, found failed GFI, replaced it and enforced few receptacles.

Get what you pay for. Tech did not speak English and had no idea how to install an outlet. Now I have two holes in my wall and no service completed.

Service was provided as requested and although we had some language barriers they did a nice job and were very professional. I would hire again.

They were very professional and very helpful. It took a few days to set up the original appointment but since then they were very prompt, hard working and we're frank with the amount of work requested and problems they encountered. I feel a lot better about my safety and that everything is corrected and now I can do laundry. Reasonably priced and great guys.
