It was a little slow but he did good work and provided a good customer experience. I had asked the office 2 or 3 times for an estimate on the work I needed done prior to the technician coming but they had never sent one. I ended up not doing everything that needed to be done because there was not enough time.

Electrician showed up a few minutes early, didnt waste any time and solved the problem. I was thrilled!! He worked quickly to get done within the hour special of $49.00. Real Value, I am hiring again!!

Overall, it went well. The work was done well and we are very happy with the new fans. Only downside was the appt got delayed nearly 3.5 hrs, but was in contact with them and got updates every hr. When they did arrive they added a tech to help move the project along. They did apologize for the delay and made sure the work was done properly.

Techs were very helpful and informative.

The electrician was quite pleasant and thorough. He kept busy the entire time he was here with little chit chat. He made sure he cleaned up after himself and covered items to keep them free of dust and debris. The only communication was to understand our needs. Although I appreciate conversation we were utilizing an Angie's list offer and he had 2 hours to perform our job. For that I appreciate his diligence. We have other more in depth electrical projects coming up and we will certainly utilize JCA electrical for those jobs. 👍

They arrived on time and quickly determined the problem with the electrical circuit. There was a loose wire on one of the outlets causing the whole circuit to have issues. The outlet I needed replaced was also done quickly. I had purchased a 1 hour service call at a reduced rate so I cannot attest to pricing. Although I did show the serviceman other work I would like to have done and he said I would be contacted with pricing for those items. I have not heard back from them on those items. As far as the work they actually did I was pleased and would use them again.

Great- Came on time - installed and cleaned up. If I need electrical work done - I would use again.

They did an excellent job. Both men were very professional and cleaned up after they were finished.

The technician added two tandem breakers and one 30amp breaker. The cost was reasonable and they finished quickly.

Took a little longer than anticipated and had difficulty understanding wiring system used (but it was correct and up to code)

Worthless Need at least 10 characters: Really Worthless!

I called and scheduled an appointment to trouble shoot a ceiling light that could be only turned on and off from the main circuit breaker. The appointment date is July 25th 2017. Two technician came. They opened up a wall switch panel that they thought was the wall switch for that ceiling light. It made total senses because I thought that's the wall switch for that light too. They also turned off/on some circuit breakers while doing the trouble shooting. Then they found out that wall switch was not for the ceiling light. One of the technician then put the wall switch panel back, another technician went to the ceiling to check. He recorded his finding saying the ceiling light was connected to a constant power and there was no wall switch for it. He proposed that I can install a wall switch and that would cost about $250 but the final approved price he would have to confirm with the company and get back to me. HOWEVER, YOUR COMPANY NEVER GET BACK TO ME ON THAT. What makes thing worse is, after they left, I tried to turn on the wall switches they opened up, no light was on. That switch controls front door light and a living room ceiling light. It worked perfectly before. I then went to the main circuit breaker, turn the breaker off and on, that's when I saw the spark. I'm so glad it caused no injury and no fire. Everything worked fine before. This happened right after the troubleshooting. I haven't touched the circuit breaker since the spark. However, the wall switch panel they opened up provided no power still which cause great inconvenience. On Aug 24th, They finally came to take a look and found out the wall switch wire was touching each other which caused shortage. However, they denied they touched anything. They even said I changed the switch....The manager was on the call with me and was very rude. He insisted that his guy only gave me quote on the 1 visit. Meanwhile, I had a handyman put a new light fixture for outdoor who haven't touched any wire/wall panel 2 weeks ago. They noticed the new light fixture and blamed the handyman. The manager asked me for the license of the handyman which made no sense because the problem existed before the handyman put the new light fixture...

great. took much less time then i thought it would. 2 guys came on time. Cleaned up after they were done working.
