Description of Work: I initially left voice msg to service provider on 04/04/2013 to please provide copies of his liability & worker's comp covg. He called back after a couple of days and said he would do that. I sent him e-mails on 04/05/2013 & 04/10/2013 asking him to please contact me to schedule an appointment. Service provider did not respond to my request to schedule an appointment so that is why I am requesting a refund.

Only complaint and not sure if his fault, the caulking has already cracked around the windows. Not sure if due to product used or if due to weather as it was cold when it was applied. Otherwise, I would use again.

He also had all the necessary equipment and parts with him, which meant no lost time while he went shopping. His work was excellent and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again whenever the need arises.

 + 3 moreJosh did a great job. He discussed everything with me in detail first. I had complete confidence in him and trusted him. He is knowledgable, honest and sincere. He did the job beautifully and professionally. He addressed any and all concerns that I had and was a pleasure to deal with. This was a relatively small job, but I was so impressed that I have already hired Josh to take on some remodel projects. I believe that I have found the right man for the job, and he can do just about anything. I also think he won't do the job unless he can do it the right way.
Description of Work: I had an area in the garage that was damaged from a water heater that leaked. I needed drywall treatment, restoration, painting and baseboard replacement. Josh did all of the above.

I decided not to rebuild the mailbox because the insurance company of the owner's car that hit my box said the car was stolen; therefore they were not liable.
Description of Work: He very promptly came over and gave me a written estimate to rebuild a concrete block mailbox that a car had run into.
