Johnny was extremely responsive and came over to assess our situation after a long day of work on a Friday. Given his schedule, and our job (small to him, but clearly out of our DIY skills) he offered to do the job over the weekend. Seriously, I m sure someone could have taken advantage of the situation and turned it into what was our worst possible solution. But he didn t do that! He knew exactly what to do and it wasn t necessary to tear into woodwork that would have been nearly impossible to repair/rebuild. It ended up taking longer than he anticipated due to the age of the wood, but, oh my!!! He fixed us up with new and better fixtures and we could not be more satisfied. On top of all that he s a GREAT guy and his price was really fair!! We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!! Better than 5 stars, for sure!
