Description of Work: They came out and installed a fence around the perimeter of the yard (approximately .33 acres). Since then we got a puppy and added another collar to the system as well as an inside wireless unit to keep the puppy from running upstairs to do her business. The team was great. So much cheaper than a wood fence and the dogs don't dare cross the line. Thanks.

+ -1 moreTom stopped by our house at the scheduled time and explained the invisible fence program, got to know our puppy, and provided price quote. He then mapped out the location of the fence, and scheduled an appointment for installation. Two employees installed the fence with small white flags to indicate boundaries in half a day . The method of installing the in-ground wiring caused very little disruption to the landscaping. Tom conducted the first training session with our dog explaining everything he was doing as he went along. Tom also conducted the second training session a week later. Our puppy certainly knows her boundaries now and senses the flags as a stopping point. The flags are removed after three weeks. Invisible Fence of Central Florida employees were always very polite and helpful with any questions we had.
Description of Work: Installed invisible fencing around entire property and trained our dog to realize the boundaries in which she can play and roam.

+ -1 moreI have an Invisible Fence that was installed about twelve years ago by another company. I called Invisible Fence of Central Florida because I thought the wire had been cut by landscapers. The person who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The technician arrived on time and quickly found the wire wasn't cut, but two wires were crossed in the transmitter. Because the fence hadn't been working for so long, my dog needed a little refreshing on the boundaries. The technician spent time helping me retrain her and adjusting the shock strength so we could use the minimal amount required to keep her in the yard. Do not get this company confused with Invisible Fence of Orlando. IF of Central Florida spent more time on this service call than IF of Central Florida ever has and charged me less than IF of Orlando ever did and were pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: Repaired invisible fence transmitter.
