Great service, thorough and detailed work, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use again for my appliance repair needs.

Although my refrigerator and microwave were out of warranty, I called Samsung to see who they recommend to repair them. They gave me Lake Electronics, their authorized repair company in my area.. Before calling, I looked them up on Angies List (not listed) and Yelp and after reading a number of bad reviews I decided to call someone else. I was lucky to find Millard at Indi. He called within hours of my message, asked me what was going on and set up an appointment. He arrived on time, listened again to my concerns, and went to work. He explained what he was going to do and got it working again, then checked our microwave which had fizzled out. We thought the repair would be so expensive that it wouldn't pay to repair and we'd have to buy a new one. He diagnosed that the microwave was fine and that the electric outlet itself had gone bad and we'd need an electrician to fix it. (We called an electrician and it's working again.) Millard was reasonably priced for parts and labor, and we are very pleased with his work. We would definitely call him again.

He quoted me over the phone he said if it is this it is this if it is that it is that. He totally gave me 3 prices and he came out. He told me exactly what he had to do before he did it. He was excellent to work with I would recommend his services. He quoted me prices in advance over the phone before he came out. He was prompt he was on time. He explained it thoroughly everything to me. He told me the price it would be after he were here and did the diagnostic to determine what the problem was. He told me exactly what it would be. I didn't have any bills for $100 more than what I was told it would be. He fixed the problem and it has worked perfectly since. Hew as great to work with. My only problem was I had to wait 4 days for him to come and of course that is when you have to get things done. But that is good that just means he is busy if he cant come to you at the drop of the hat. It was worth the wait. He knew what he needed to do, he did it, he explained everything. Charged me up front what it was going to be. It was the easier of the 2, he didn't have to replace the part that would have dipped the price $100 more. He was honest because I would not have known. Whatever it was he needed to do he got it back in balance and it is working beautifully. I think his pricing is in line with everyone else's, and he didn't take advantage of me. He was honest and he charged me exactly what he quoted. I was totally satisfied with his service. I would use him again. I highly recommend him. He was honest, he was on time, he did his job expeditiously. He was not here half a day to do it. I think it is a one man show. He was courteous and he was a nice young man. He did a great job.
