Description of Work: Initially paid for a 200 Amp Panel upgraded, our 50s mid century modern needed quite a bit more than just the panel upgrade, however Lamont provided us with an in depth estimate of what would be required to have the house 100% up to date, along with some additional convenience updates we requested. The jobs were performed in a timely manner and we were quite impressed with the work ethic shown, as well as the attention to detail around every aspect of the job. Will definitely recommend and use In Phaze Electric again for any upgrades and remodels we do in the future.

Description of Work: After testing all the lines and breakers, The Workman added an additional circuit breaker and rerouted some electrical currents. |Having had two other electricians prior to his visit, it was extremely welcoming for the workman to determine the problems and fixed them. |We were throwing circuit breakers, and blowing light bulbs. Since his service, no inconsistencies have happened.

Description of Work: "Lamont Ashley installed a whole house electric surge charge package that I purchased through Angie's List Big Deal for $199.00. Lamont was very proffesional, clean cut,respectful & very knowledgeable in his proffesion. He also went beyond the service he provided by coming back to my home on his day off to settled a situation with my internet provider. Century Link removed the ""Surge Charge"" due to they think it was interfering my internet service.It was off for 2 weeks & my internet situation did not changed. Century link came back for the second time & I called Lamont (it was Saturday morning) and to make it short the Surge Charge was installed again in the original location. Description of Work: I did not know I was going to be charged and extra $900 to move the panel one foot away from the original spot. An the panel was put outside of my house instead of inside the garage where it was. Now anyone has access to my panel outside. Maybe there was a lot of miscommunication, but does not make sense to me. Then I find out I got hit by Angie's list and the vendor....Ouch!!

Description of Work: The work contracted was done quickly and accurately. Estimates for other were given and the work was done at a later date. Electrician did not come back at the agreed upon date or time and charge done for the job was an over blown rate. Calls to the company did not resolve the situation. Work remains to be done but, I will find another vendor for the work.

Description of Work: I contacted In Phase Elect. and scheduled an appointment for my house on August 25th between 9 - 10 am. At 10 AM, I contacted the office and they did not know the reason the tech had not arrived. The tech contacted me about 15 minutes later and indicated he was scheduled to be there in the afternoon, wasn't aware of the morning appointment, and was busy in Winter Park area and may not get to me at all that day. I called the office back, and told left a message about my displeasure, but no one called me back. I did receive a Voice Mail the next day, by a tech with In Phase about an appointment for the 26th at my home. I never returned the call. I understand mistakes happen, but they did not handle this professionally, nor did they call to reschedule or apologize. I had used them in the past, but would not use them again.

Description of Work: This was for installation of a ceiling fan. Although the scheduling got off to a poor start with miscommunication of the appointment time, it caused me to miss a day of work. The appointment was completed and we are pleased with the final work performed. The only reason for a "B" rating is because of the scheduling.

Description of Work: We purchased a 2 hour contract with this electrician through Angie's list. We were very pleased with the electrician, our initial contact and the follow up. Our electrician expertly installed the several items we had waiting for him and even had time left over. We would hire them again.

Description of Work: We needed to have In Phase return to check out a ceiling fan they had installed about two weeks ago. As it turned out, the malfunction was due to a fault in the fan. The service technician was able to repair the fan, saving us the cost of having it uninstalled and another one installed, not to mention the time and trouble to exchange the faulty fan.

Description of Work: Put in 6 recessed lighting cans and two dimmer switches. The placement of the lights were perfect. They threw on an additional $300 after the work had been completed that was not in the estimate and left light on in the attic. Staff was very friendly.
