Description of Work: After a thorough and professional initial inspection, we ended up having our faulty older Federal Pacific panel replaced and electrical outlets and lighting in the kitchen and a bathroom upgraded. We were very pleased throughout with the professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, cheerfulness, and helpfulness of the workers, especially Jose. Highly recommended, and we would definitely use In Phaze again!

Description of Work: They just came out to make a sale and wanted me to upgrade my entire utility box for 3600 dollars. I went out an bought the electrical fuse which they said probably couldn't be found and my neighbor effortlessly replaced it. |I would NEVER recommend this company. What a waste of my time.

Description of Work: There was confusion as to how the interior power panel going to be accomplished. The electrician was going to replace the panel without the utilities coming out. I was told I did not need a permit. When the work began I informed the electrician that I had pulled a permit. The attitude changed. The electrician had removed the meter without calling the utilities. He discovered the feed wires needed to be replaced. Since the meter post showed signs of arching the utilities wanted the meter socket replaced. The electrician wanted to write up another contract with the additional two items. I choose to delay the work till I did a little more research. The initial deal was for a little over $1200. The cost of the additional meter socket and three sections of 4 feet of wire was going to be over $800. I could not reason paying this much for a $50 part and $20 in wire. I did not feel comfortable with the deal so I canceled it.

Description of Work: I originally purchased the $50 inspection deal. I had squirrels in my attic and I was concerned that they had chewed on my wires. Jose came out and was very kind and confirmed my suspicions. He took photos of the damage and I made an appointment for him to return and fix the problem. (I had a few wires that needed to be replaced and added splices.) Upon his return he was very punctual and polite. He got right to work and cleaned up after he was finished. He knew I had concerns so he triple checked the rest of the attic to be sure I had no other issues. Jose went out of his way to ease my concerns.
