Description of Work: I called them last year and received a quote. It was a bit high but the company had good reviews so I kept them in mind. I finally called them back to come do the work and was informed that the individual who gave me the quote was no longer there. No problem, the owner Tony actually came to my house and gave me a quote. Labor and parts it was over $2,350 and we agreed on $2,100. I understood that things happen and when the job kept getting delayed due to things happening I understood because I didn't want to rush anyone. As long as they met the deadline that I had I was fine. The job was completed and they were paid. About a month after the first weekend of July, one of the electrical outlets tripped and we could not reset it. The company changed every single outlet in my home and added outlets and installed ceiling fansfans in every room. When I called to report the outlet had tripped and the restroom outlet was not usable I was asked if I wanted to put in for an emergency call. I did not since I knew that Monday was 4th of July and it wasn't a rush. They said they would call me Tuesday morning and let me know when someone would be in route. Thursday came and I realized that no one had called me or shown up to the house. I called, and they said that they were waiting for me to call them to have someone come over. They sent me a technician the next day, Friday. After fixing the issue by replacing the piece my brother-in-law was handed an invoice for the repairs even though it was a warranty service call. After 25 mins I received a call from the technician apologizing for the invoice, not to worry and to call him directly if there was anything I needed. Well 2 and a half weeks go by and another outlet trips and again we cannot reset it. I called and asked for a service call and the technician came back out. He changed the outlet and left. 2 days later it went out again. At this point I asked for a different technician because I did not want to have the same person again. I was offered a Saturday visit but I said I'd be fine with a Monday morning visit. Well Sunday July 31st at 10am I noticed that my wifi wasn't working. Turned out that 8 out of 14 outlets were not working. In the kitchen, living room, and family room areas. I called frantic because at 2pm I had 19 people coming over for a cookout and pool party. I was told that they did not have anyone available on Sunday's because "the technicians don't like working on Sunday's". I lost my mind. Not only did I not have power in more than half of the outlets in those areas, but to be told that no one liked working on Sunday's was terrible. I was then told that when Sunday calls were run, they started at $250 per hour. Again I was even more upset because hours away from company arriving, I'm without electricity to 8 outlets which power the wifi, Direct TV and 2 and a half roomsrooms plus the Florida room. Nothing was done, I stopped receiving call back updates and when I called the company I now got the answering machine. I didn't hear back from anyone until Monday morning I initiated a call to verify that someone was coming to my house. No one came out until Thursday morning. I took the day off to be there. Turns out that had the first service representative tested the outlets, he would have seen that there was a wiring issue. Took the guy over 4 hours to figure it all out. Milo was absolutely amazing and I will say that this survey isn't as bad as it was going to be because he was able to fix the problem. Sadly, the positive experience that I thought I had has been shadowed by the negative experience that I received by the first service tech and the person answering their phones. If you want a company who will take care of you Monday through Friday, In Phaze Electric is the company for you, just hope that you don't need them on the weekends because it's a completely different scenario then. Unless you need service, then they'll show up according to the guy answering the phone. But not for warranty issues that they've been paid on already.
