After an hour and a half, he basically told us what we already knew.....there was no power to the outlets. There was some confusion, which has been remedied, and we received a nice email from In Phaze to rectify the situation. The owner has proved to be very helpful and eager to help. Definitely seems to care about his customers.

Tony of In-Phaze came out and gave me a reasonable quote that I agreed to. Tony and Helper (Can't remember his name) were out a couple days later as they promised and took two days to complete the work. I had just bought the house and Tony recommended replacing all the plugs and outlets. Enough were in bad shape so I agreed and was glad I did. Tony showed me several that looked ok outside but were rusted and would have shorted out on the inside. They also replaced three ceiling fans and installed five othersThe most impressive thing, which I didn't realize until later, was they had to crawl thru a tight spot over my high ceiling. .They never complained and I didn't realize how difficult it was until another contractor mention it and another wouldn't even go up. I had a couple lights out that I was going to put. Tony saw them and put them up for me. It is now a couple months later (I just joined Angies list) and I am very happy with the work Tony and crew performed. I would hire them for any electrical work I may have in the future.

I received a prompt response to my initial phone call. The electrician-Jerry- came out to give us an estimate. It was extremely fair and he even had time to do the job right then and there, so we did! Jerry was professional and hard-working, and went to lengths to keep the work sites clean as well. We received a 15% Angies List discount, as well. All in all, a very positive experience.

He did a good job. We went over some different ideas on how to do some lighting.

They were very professional. Brent was the electrican that came out. He was very professional and courtesy. He was more than happy to help and more than willing to put forth the extra effort to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of service for $99. I only had a small project and I just needed someone to come in and install a few under cabinet fixtures (7 in total) with some pre-existing wiring. I had to change my appointment time twice due to scheduling conflicts on my end, but I e-mailed Tony each time and he responded very quickly (usually within the hour) with new available appointment times. My scheduled time on the day of service was 1pm, but the electrician called me around noon to let me know his last project was taking longer then expected and he may be a bit late. He called me once more at 2pm to let me know he was very sorry that he was still running behind. He called me again at 3:30pm to let me know he was on his way. He finally arrived at 4pm, 3 hours after the scheduled time, but was extremely apologetic. Although he was quite late, I only gave the company a C in punctuality because he called 3 times to let me know he was running behind and asked if it was still ok to arrive at the later time. He finished the project in less the 45min and even asked if there was anything else I needed done around the house. He was super clean and made sure to take all the trash out to the street for me. Overall very professional, and the installed lights looked and worked great. No more half working lights and scary wiring. I will for sure use them on future projects!

I bought my house 2 years ago, and I have these "mystery" light switches that I wasn't sure WHAT they were supposed to be controlling. So I found INphaze on Angie's list and they were great. They went through my entire 3200sqft house and tested each switch, ceiling fan, and light fixture. They adjusted some safety issues that I wasn't aware of and made lots of great recommendations. They explained everything in detail as they went along and gave me options. THEY'RE GREAT GUYS!!

The work began shortly after agreeing on a price for the job and extended until the final remodeling was completed. Tony, the owner, was very concerned about customer satisfaction throughout the job and always responded promptly and courteously to questions or phone calls. They used excellent materials and cleaned up after the job. They were always willing to accommodate changes and go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I felt that pleasing the customer was always the top priority and they would do whatever needed to be done to ensure a positive outcome.

Failed to show 2 days in a row for a scheduled appointment. Finally showed on 3rd day, quoted price for panel over 2 times what other service providers quoted.

Tony is an all around cool guy and very knowledgeable electrician. For all the work he did, he charged a very fair price and I was happy to pay it. Like similar experiences here on Angie's list, Tony sincerely wanted to improve the condition of my home. I initially called for just a wiring and switch for a new disposal and he inspected the whole electrical in the house first before telling me what he would recommend, but reminding me that it was completely optional. I had known the electrical in my 50+ year old home was wonky for years and Tony's input only reinforced that. He was professional, courteous, neat, and caring. He completed all the work in just under two work days. He even included some of the smaller personal suggestions free of charge. Thanks, Ton!

Tony diagnosed and quickly repaired electrical issues in 2 rental properties - one in Orlando and one in Lakeland. I highly recommend him!

repair went fine but they missed the 1st appointment. They called the day after the 1st appointment and appologized for the mixup. Other than that it was fine and I would reccommend them.

I originally communicated through email and set up appointment to have an electrician come to my house. The repairman did not show up and I called and spoke to Tony the owner of In Phaze Electric. He looked through his records and apparently the wrong phone number was relayed to the electrician and he could not get a hold of us. Tony apologized for the mix up and he set another appointment for the next day. He, Tony personally came to the house and had all the repairs completed within an hour. I own my own business and I know that once in awhile mix ups happen. I can not heap enough praise on Tony for being the type of person who stakes his reputation on his company and his employees. The repairs he made are fine and I have not had to call him back.

Had another electrical company come to my property that couldn't figure out my problem. Absolutely incompetent and awkward. Went to Angie's List and found In-phaze electric. Gave them a call, explained my problem over the phone, and they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Electrician ran a little late, but called before my appointment was due to start to let me know. Showed up, confirmed the problem, gave me a quote, ran to the supply store, and had my problem fixed in a single afternoon. Electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. Will call for all future electrical issues and definitely recommend to friends.

They came out the same day. They were punctual. They seemed a little disorganized, but they did a good job. Compared to everybody else they didn't overcharge. Our experience with them was fine.

very punctual and worked the entire days with no waisted times even for lunch. when we hired Chris Thompson we understood that he worked for In-Phase Electric and if he needed any crew members that he would arrange for them and cut down the time necessary for projects that required extra hands. Those that he brought to the job were knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed at their efficeiency. We started with a list of projects that we wanted done. That list was modified several times as new suggestions were made that were much better. I was very satisfied.

Mark worked with me to find a time when his electrician could do the job. The electrician called periodically throughout the day to update me on ETA. Electrician arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the light and kindly hauled the old light to the curb. He still had time left in the hour and asked if there was anything else I needed. He checked some under the counter lights that have never worked and said I needed new bulbs. He then gave me the Angie's list discount coupon applied to the price even though I had not yet printed the coupon. A wonderful experience.

I called In Phaze after finding them on Angie's List. I called their Polk County number listed on the website and left a message that I'd like a quote for a few minor electrical things in my new home. I left my name and number and the call wasn't returned. I called again about a week later and left the same information and still haven't heard back. I had read such good reviews on Angie's List that I was disappointed I never received a phone call.

We contacted In Phaze Electric on 9/12/2011 in the early a.m.. Our GFI (box) in the garage had a burst of black smoke and sparks when disconnecting a plug in fan. After we explained our problem, Tony immediately set up an appointment for the same day. Tim arrived within a few hours as Tony had told us. Tim saw the problem and rectified it immediately. Tim also, took the time to explain the circuit system in the garage and home area, which was different than our home in the Northeast. We really appreciated his feedback and information. Since we will be remodeling our kitchen in the near future, Tim gave us great ideas for lighting in our kitchen area. We will definitely call In Phaze Electric for our future electrical installations or any other electrical issues. We were also given an Angie' List Discount with this service.

Tim and Chris were my electricians. They payed extra attention to each hole that was necessary to be put into my outside garage wall as well as drywall near our pool bath. They did just a great job there isn't one spot I have to patch or repair! They took extra time to minimize the amount of lines/conduit we needed to see inside the garage (some people wouldn't mind because it was inside a garage but it is the only path we have to our pool bath). Everything works great! I would use them again (ask for Tim!).

When I first called for an appointment, I spoke with a pleasant woman who took my information and gave me an appointment for September 8, 2011 and said I should expect the technician between 9:00 and 10:30 AM. When no one showed up by 11:00 I called again and spoke with the owner. He said that the woman who took the appointment quit and took the appointment book with her after a very short employment. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment for 9:00 on September 8th at 9:00. On the 8th, no one had shown up by 10:00 so I called again. The owner said I was on the schedule and that he would check with the technician and get back to me. A few minutes later the technician called to say that the job he was on was taking longer than expected and that he would get to me as soon as possible. About an hour later the technician called to say he was on the way. Upon arrival we discussed what I needed and he went to Lowes to get parts and had the job done in about 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly and professional and he explained that the reason the previous job took so long was because he had to find a problem in an air conditioner that kept tripping the circuit breaker and it turned out to be a dead lizard shorting out the power. I would definitely use In Phaze again.
