I hired this company for rewiring the whole house and the owner Tony quoted me at $8000 including all permitting fees in his contact. From the first day of the job, he sent about 4 people leaded by a guy named Tito who were very rude and unprofessional. Tito was always in hurry and trying to finish job without any communication and always acting like he knows it all. However, he and his crew did not past the first rough inspection and failed again on final inspection because Tito and other guys were trying to do at minimum and short cuts. The owner, Tony, has never showed up after I hired him and his crew. But at last day of the work, Tony (owner of In Phase) called me and was very rude over the phone telling me that I had to pay them last payment even though I have informed them that they needed to deduct permitting fees from the last payment since it should be included in the price that Tony quoted me originally in the contract. In Phase has never followed their words for not paying permitting fees and finishing job on time. Now, the work has been done 2 weeks, and all lightings are not working because their poor job on rewring. I have emailed and called him and his office to request them to fix the issues, and they don't even response me back at all. Poor communication and works! Stay away from this company and Tony!!!

Work was done quickly with clean up after work was done. Keylin Strait was in charge and was easy to work with from giving a cost estimate to doing the work.

They sent two very talkative electricians out to assess. They upsold, and we listened and agreed, to add landscaping lights to shine on two large trees, add garden wired path lights, and add two coach lights at the entrance to the garage. We politely listened to all of their chatting even though they stayed for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. After that we never heard from them or a company rep again. I called several times and the rep on the phone apologized and said on two occasions we would receive the quote on the day i called in but nothing came. In our experience, this company is not respectful of the customer and unprofessional (like their business card would imply - shows someone being humorously electricuted).

Have used In Phaze a few times now. All of the electricians are quick, courteous, and professional. They clean up any mess made and definitely take pride in their work

Great! Dowon, the man who came and did out work, is amazing! He's so incredibly patient, and he took the time to listen and answer questions. He also made sure that we had what we needed to (hopefully) bring our power bill down from the rafters, even crawling around in our super hot attic to deal with some of the wiring there. (He installed a load sensor to figure out what's pulling so much power) and also put in a larger wire that brings power into the house (apparently the one they originally installed was too small for the size of the house - or something like that.) Fun fact: I'm fascinated with the sensor he installed. I have no idea what some of the things are that keep turning on and off, so it's been almost a treasure hunt to try and figure out the appliances and electronic devices it's identifying day-by-day. :)

Thanks to Tito the project went well. There were a few hiccups at inspection but Tito helped resolve them. One recommendation I have is that the person performing the estimate show up with the crew the first day so there is a full understanding of the job to be done.

Great service from the first phone call to set up the visit to my home. Tom C. called and said he could show up a little early. Yes, thats correct, a repair technician showing up early. Never has happened in 30 years at my house. He gave me a great price and had my bathroom lights working Fast. Payment was easy and paperwork was sent to my email. I was looking for a new electrical company. I will look no further. In Phaze Electric Inc. is in my phone on speed dial now.

Job was done quickly and professionally

We had a second story porch light replaced back in March. Today the light fell out and crashed to the ground. UPDATE: Thank you for the feedback. It turns out that it was still under warranty. I contacted the company and they came out with their own lift and fixed it within a week.

Joe was actually early and he was great at explaining everything he did and he took the time to make sure each install was done perfectly. Would hire them again anytime we need electrical work done.

Contacted their office and spoke with Erin to set up an estimate for the installation of a whole house generator on Tuesday Feb. 25th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Left work early to wait for the electrician to arrive. When he had not come by 4:50pm, I called Erin back and she gave me his cell number. I called Keeler (sp?), the assigned electrician and left him a message saying he could come after 5:00pm if his day was running behind. He never called back and never showed up. Very disappointing.

Removed scones and had it placed over the mirror. Ceiling fan replaced. It went awesome that how it went. Hiring again like next week.

Had to spend extra money in order to order a lift because the electrician didn't have the necessary ladder to get to the light. 9 months after the service call, the light fell out of the socket and crashed to the ground.

The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. The new stove now sits against the wall and works great.

In Phaze Electric were prompt and professional throughout the process, from estimate to job completion. Workers and the owner were all friendly and knowledgeable. I will call them again if I need any other work done.

Paid 100 nothing was fix told me to go buy this piece it was 60 I bought it was told by another pool co orca who came and fixed it that it was not what the electrician told me to buy they fix it . It was only wired wrong !!! I also had my timer working before he touch it no longer worked after he messed with it I complain to him but claim it wasn’t him . Worse company ever I have since found out my repairmen no longer works there

The work went very well, A+. New home meter panel and service entry panel with generator transfer switch were selected, ran by me for approval; then installed with no issues. Scheduling was flexible, the work was excellent, and price was very competitive compared to 2 other quotes I received. I will hire 'In Phaze Electric' again for any electrical needs.

John was great. Did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing. Very professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else for any of our electrical needs.

Tech showed in unmarked van, business card had company themed logo, but zero company info. Only the Techs cell phone & email were on the card. He told me I was in danger, the house was not grounded, poor wiring, & the whole house needed to be re-wired for about $6,000. He emailed me a quote & all. I hired 3 other electrical groups for inspections to ensure our safety. All said the house was perfect & quoted me between $250 & $350 for the job.

Great would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical work done.
