This is the third time we have used them. |They have done work at an office building we own in Maitland as well. |This time they exchanged out a remote on a paddle fan/light. They had the exchange unit and did it in about 15 minutes, with NO MESS! |Great people!

Jaime the technician is one of the finest people you could ever hope to me meet. He is very kind, very reponsive and extrememly good at what he does. This is my third time using their services and it brings me an huge piece of mind to know I don''t have to think about who to call for our electrical needs in the future. I highly recommend In Phaze Electric.

Both visits went the same. I scheduled the appointments and the electrician, Jaime in my case, called in advance and either came when scheduled or we worked-out when he would come by. The work was done very well, and he was very careful not to get anything dirty (left everything as it started). There were a few electrical issues found and Jaime explained each issue and how he thought it should be dealt with, before doing any of the work. For the installation of all the outlets and switches, Jaime ensured that each one was properly grounded. I did not comparison shop, but the prices for the work were about what I thought they would be. I would highly recommend using this company, especially Jaime.

Explained the problem and causes, minimum work required, additional options and value of those options, got done in allotted time.

Nick came to do the repairs and I just want to say he was awesome! He took the time to explain what he was doing. He got it all fixed and working in an hour. He was very friendly. I'm glad I called your company and if any future problems come up I will not hesitate to call you again.

Started out ok, but went downhill. Job originally quoted as 2-3 days ended up taking a little over 1 month. Last visit damaged wall that had just been retextured and repainted.

Everything went really well. It was a speedy 40 minute install and Ben was polite and professional. The only challenge was the arrival time was about 40 minutes late, otherwise great service at a great price.

Tech called and showed up on time. He knew his business. He had the timer installed within 30 minutes. He cleaned up his work area before leaving. He did a great job.

Went great. I was expecting just a quote but was pleasantly surprised that he was able to install it during his visit. He did a great job, offered us a military discount and left the house just the way he found it. You'd never know anything was done, looks like it has always been there.

The project was handled professionally by Jeff who worked almost 2 full days with hardly a break. Very courteous and prompt, and always cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend them, and plan on using them again for my home and business

Ben completed the work on time and within the original estimate. He was prompt,, pleasant, professional and went extra miles for me and I would therefore use them again with future work . Without additional charge Ben checked on a couple of other outlets that weren't working to see if the problem could be identified and if he could come up with creative solutions to complex problems. He was very interested in solving the problem for me. Highly recommended!

It turned out to be a tripped GFI, but Nick was very thorough. He also checked another outlet and gave me an idea of the repair time, cost and details of the work to be done, assuring me that there wasn't any hazard or urgency to correct that issue. Absolutely no pressure, prompt and professional service.

Very well. I was impressed with the electrician; he was very fair and honest with me. The electrician inspected existing electrical service finding that the home already had maxed out its 100 amp service according to code. It would require that a new 150 amp service would be required, entailing new breaker boxes etc. He gave me an rough estimate which seemed fair. I elected to stay with the A/C with gas furnace rather than the A/C heal pump option. My decision was based on the total cost of the conversion.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. I was very pleased with the quality of the service. The guy was on time, cleaned up after himself and I definitely would recommend him to other people. The bathroom fan is really nice, we love it.

Ben did a great job once he got here, but a major crisis delayed him a day. We did not mind as the fountain was non-critical and the other party was totally without power. We will use him in the future for some other work including some light fixture replacement.

It was great. The technician worked with my schedule, was very personable and extremely knowledgable. This is the second time I have used In Phaze and have had excellent experiences both times. Everyone I talked with from the owner to the techs were really professional and didn't, at any time, make me feel that they would rather be talking to the "man of the house". There work is excellent and the pricing is very affordable. I had other quotes that were as much as twice what In Phaze charged.

First contact, I left a message that was promptly returned. The job was scheduled to be completed within a few days and the Technician assigned, contacted me right away. He requested photos of the existing panel to ensure he had all the necessary materials upon arrival. We did have an agreed to arrival time, but the day before he notified me that another job had been prioritized ahead of mine. It was only a delay of a couple of hours and he did arrive when he said he would. It was a big job and it took him several hours. He did try to minimize the actual down time for the electricity as much as possible, which was greatly appreciated. He cleaned everything up when done and the bill matched the estimate. I have been pleased with the work performed.

In Phaze was very professional and provided a very reasonable price for a job well done. They replaced over 20 feet of electrical wire after finding where it was severed. They were very punctual and provided a courtesy call ahead of arrival. They used their time wisely and I felt I received great service.
