It turned out great. They are wonderful. He seemed knowledgeable. He was very professional and he was very nice. They haven't done any work, but he did the inspection and is coming back to do the service. I would use them again in the future.

I first found InPhaze and signed up for their whole house inspection, which went okay. I thought I would go ahead and use them to do the work I needed. At first things were good, I was told I would be taken care of. Well, we had one date scheduled, but everything went wrong, no one knew the "process" .. getting a permit or dealing with Osceola County. Long story short, I had to call them to find out what the problem was. Had that been the only time I had to follow up, I would have rated them A. That was not the case. I was told I would be taken care of, told I would be involved in the loop so I knew what was going on. I can tell you the communication sucks. I had to follow up four times to get answers. The tech was nice, and did his job, but in the end.. according to his word I would be please. I am not pleased for these reasons: -Communication sucks. Keep your word if you tell your customer you are going to show, show up or call. Give some respect so people are not waiting around -Do not quote one price and then tell me something else -Do not say I am going to like it and not ask me if I do -Follow up with the customer if something goes wrong. If you tell me, I can be understanding, but when I have to do the leg work, that's not acceptable I paid for everything to get it done and over with. I am not pleased with the sloppy ways the wires are criss-crossed for my new plugs. I am not happy that I paid this company so much money and feel like I've been bamboozled. Not for the whole, job, but for the permit I was told was going to be free, and ended up not being free. Using the excuse of charging me for the connection in the back, which I was told was part of the pricing. I did not complain because I felt it was going no where, no where at all. I would say make sure you do your home work before using InPhaze. They have a high rating, but to me I'd pay a little more for a company that values my business and communicates with me and gets the job done on time and quote (even if it was verbal). **Update** I was refunded the money for the permit. The owner apologized. I wrote back saying I would not change my review, because it was my experience at the time. I am fair with my reviews, and expect a service for what I pay for. I have more electrical work, I may consider using them again after I have had time to cool off. I respect the fact they have tried to right a wrong.

They did good work, and it only took about 45 minutes. Since the outlet was only about 2 feet from the electric panel, the cost seemed a little high, but not outrageous since I couldn't do the work myself anyway.

Terrible experience. It's hard to believe they have such high ratings on here. We were scheduled for Monday and then they told me they couldn't make it 30 minutes beforehand. I left work early and made arrangements to meet them. So, we rescheduled for Wednesday. About two hours before our scheduled appointment, I called to confirm. They told me that they would give me a call back in 5 minutes. An hour later, still had not heard anything. So, I called again. They explained that they were running late (not my problem) but that they would try to make it and give me a call. Our appointment was for 5:30. I didn't get a call until 7:30 asking if we could reschedule. I had (once again) made arrangements to meet them at a set time and they didn't even bother to call me back when they said they were going to. I will definitely be going elsewhere for services where a customer's time is valued.

He checked the electricity and said it was fine.

Terrible! We booked a date and time with the owner in which I specifically said my husband will take off time to be here for the inspection so timeliness was important. Technician called and said he would be an hour late. Told him that we would need to reschedule. Called owner to reschedule, he said he would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back to confirm another time until technician called one morning saying he was on his way no leaving us any time to make arrangements for my husband to take time off. Although I had requested the second date, no one ever called to confirm that the date was good so we had already requested a refund through Angie's prior to the technician calling the second time.

Very professional. Arrived and I explained that I would like additional electrical work done. They were ok with that and worked up an estimate on the spot. I had the additional work done, including adding additional electrical outlets outside under my eaves (for Christmas lights). |Everything was done to my satisfaction and the cost was very reasonable.

Can't say enough about the guys at In-Phaze. Initially called and left a message, which was returned immediately by Tony. We set up a time to do the work and they showed up right on time. The panel replacement took a few hours, but was done perfectly. It began raining, so they asked if they could come back the next day and do the outside work. The next day saw some issues come up for them, but they still showed up at 5pm (on a Friday), and stayed until all the work was complete. The quality of work was outstanding and they were polite and professional the whole time. I've definitley found my new electrician!

Not sure how much a plug and fuse usually cost so I am not sure if I was overcharged. $110 seems like a lot for this.

I bought the special and had them check all my electrical outlets and boxes. It was worth the money as I now know I need my electricity fixed in the kitchen. The gentleman gave me an estimate for other work I was interested in. I will hire them to come back and fix my kitchen electrical work. |

He found a way to install the exterior electric outlet without running a pipe from the interior power outlet source. He knew what he was doing and I was impressed.

No response to my initial contact. Business went elsewhere.

Everything went well. I felt it was more like an estimate and I did not feel it was a very good value. They did what they were said to do and went through my house and gave me a list of services I may need to do in the future. Scheduling was easy and they called me after I had purchased the deal and they worked around my schedule.

Spoke to Tony on Monday. He said his man Nick would be working in Davenport on Thursday and added me to his schedule. Tony said he's be here sometime between 10 and noon. Around 9:30 on Thursday, Nick called and said he was a little behind but should be there in about a half hour. Showed up as promised. Did the work in less than an hour and gave me the Angie's List discount on labor. And although the service area doesn't list Polk County or Davenport, rest assured that they service the area. This was the second time I've used In Phaze and been very happy with them both times. Even recommended them to a friend for a generator installation and they were happy with In Phaze too. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Booby Bell showed up on time and went over the whole house and showed me where improvements needed to be made in my electrical system. He gave me an estimate on replacing my electrical panel and replacing old switches.

He was very kind and professional, was very nice. He was just an awesome guy. The company was just wonderful. I do not say anything about anyone thats positive unless its true. I actually called the owner of the company stating that Jaime the technician was very professional and had a good personality.

Came out for a ceiling fixture that was not working, got that fixed really quickly so he spent the balance of the hour fixing some other small issued that we had. Super-professional and nice folks.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I had to delay it a couple of weeks. They were prompt and I changed the date a couple of times and they went along with it. The installation went very well.

Installed an outside electrical box and outlet.

Their service manager, Robert Bell, did an admirable job. Evaluating and replacing most of the electrical outlets in the house as well as locating and repairing numerous unsafe wiring and recommending more economical lighting where applicable.

There was a problem getting in touch, but that was mostly my fault. When everything was worked through, the inspection was complete.
